A nice place to stay
The check in was nice and simple and the check in staff were efficient.There is a deposit of 2,000 Bhat that is returnable on departure.This had to be paid by cash to be honest it's the first time we have had to pay a deposit at a Hotel during our extensive travels over the years. The Room was clean and large with a well lit balcony overlooking the pool.The pool was a large size and there were a few sunbeds with umbrellas and some without. The Roof bar was closed during our stay which we found a bit disappointing. The breakfast was adequate and the staff in the breakfast room were really nice and helpful. Overall a nice place to stay.

Try other options which are more welcoming, with better range of services.
This hotel while fairly modern, had a weird vibe. We wondered if it was recently sold to people who did not know how to run a hotel. Reception staff, while they tried, were hard to engage with. Services not present or maintained e.g. advertised Sky Bar was closed - permanently. Gardens not maintained, very limited services, poor breakfast service in the restaurant, no pool service, no towels provided in the gym, and really no soul. The room was modern in grey, black and white, but will peeling paint. Daily cleaning was thorough and staff polite and helpful. There’s other places to stay at here.

Great hotel with a super pool
This is a super nice hotel, with an amazing 25 meter long pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden. From the outside, there is no way to imagine that there is such a large pool inside, and from the pool, there is no way to imagine that there is even anything in the outside.
Most of the rooms have a terrace opening to the pool area. The rooms are large and comfortable, with all the expected amenities.
I have read complaints about the "rules" of the place. It is a bit annoying to have to hear them upon checkin: no smoking, no durian (obviously), no mangosteen (they stained the bed sheets), no new tattoos (they also stain the sheets), and a 2000 Baht deposit... I would advise you check the towels and bed sheets for any stain, just in case you end up being responsible for it.
But it is a minor annoyance only. The staff is super nice, the breakfast is good, and, on top of that, the hotel is in Nai Harn, which, despite the efforts of the local administration, is still the best beach in Phuket (I have a separate rant about the beach surroundings). But please don't let this discourage you. It is a breathtakingly beautiful beach, and the Gallery is an excellent choice. Probably the best in the area

RELLY RECOMEND
We stayed at The gallery Nai Harn. The room: Large and spacious, incredibly fresh and well cleaned. We had the room cleaned every day and refilled with water, very much appreciated! The negative is that it is quite noisy.
Location: the hotel is located 10 minutes walk from naiharn beach, super close to grocery stores and 20 minutes walk to rawaibeach. It is located a little far from the center which is good for avoiding a lot of noise from tourists and traffic. Very easy to get around by moped or car.
The pool and sun loungers are very nice and we spent time by the pool. They have good wifi and super good service.
Incredible value - lovely chilled hotel
Wonderful location (10 min walk to one of the best beaches on the planet). Rooms very spacious with HUGE beds. Massive showers. Full size fridge. Safe. Great air con. Literally everything you need. Only 30 rooms so if having a pool day you get the large pool (33 metres) to yourselves. Breakfast and food by the pool really good. Staff are just super friendly and can't do enough for you. And there are even a few super cute cats that get looked after around the hotel. For the price, it's as good as you can get. 10/10
