Terrible experience — I strongly regret staying here
The location is good, but honestly, that is the only positive thing about this hotel.
The rooms have a disgusting, unbearable damp and musty smell. I complained and was moved to three different rooms, but all three had the exact same problem. At this point, I believe the damp and musty odor is a problem throughout the hotel.
On top of that, my room was full of ants. They were crawling all over the desk ledge, furniture, and even around the sink. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of cleanliness and maintenance.
And despite all of these issues, the hotel charged me 400 baht for a dirty towel. I find it unbelievable that the hotel is willing to charge guests for a towel while guests are expected to tolerate rooms with a horrible smell and ants everywhere.
I would never stay here again. If you are considering booking this hotel, I strongly recommend thinking twice. A good location is not enough to compensate for unacceptable hygiene and room conditions.
