The service from Peach and Pui was great, and the food was also delicious.
Yama hotel phuket
We had a lovely stay at the Yama. The hotel breakfasts were great - eggs any way, nice bread selection, usual buffet style food. The dinners were a little lack lustre and the pizza oven had broken. However everything was working after a few days but we didn’t eat at hotel often. Yes there’s a shuttle bus to Kata beach about 4-5 times a day. They don’t wait so don’t be late! We got Bolt taxis to Karon and Patong. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Peach, Aom, Pau mainly in pool area great characters. It’s nice that the pool stays open until 9pm but bar & kitchen closes 10pm. We arrived 10.30pm to find no food or bar open but mini bar in room provided couple beers on balcony. Didn’t see mountains view rooms but our sea view room overlooking pool was lovely. Location would be the one factor that isn’t great. Literally Bolt taxis to go everywhere as nowhere to walk outside hotel with big busy road at bottom of hill. We visited the Siam Niramit which was wonderful and I’ll leave a review for that as well. Well worth the trip!

Amazing hotel
The atmosphere of the Hotel is amazing. The staff, the food, drinks, everything is very good💗 Special thanks to the staff - Peach, Pui, Aom and Da🫶🏼
