We were surprised
It was the first time in our ten years history of travelling around the world that we had to face the problem of getting breakfast to the room in a 4 star hotel. Staff methodically blocked our chances of bringing breakfast to the room. We came to the manager (she claimed that she was one) named Jutharat. After many tries, we couldn’t explain that breakfast to the room is a standard service even for a hotel with 3 stars and we are staying at the 4 star hotel. This service is supposed to be mandatory. We were offered this service for the next day since at the moment the breakfast had come to an end and they couldn’t resolve the situation. And other staff whom we asked about this same service during breakfast don’t have enough authorisation and qualification and don’t know the standards pf a 4 star hotel. We wanted to talk to the general manager so that we could tell him about our problem and see what he had to say about it. But manager Jutharat declined our request. Basing her response on the fact that the general manager rarely comes to the hotel. From there we came to the conclusion that the hotel’s staff is incompetent and doesn’t have enough qualification for a 4 star standard hotel. We’ll list some more minuses that the hotel has. In 30 meters from the hotel there’s a huge construction site for some new building. Be ready that from 8AM till 6PM it’ll be extremely loud. Furthermore at the hotel the communication within staff is carried out with the use of walkie-talkies. So from 6:30AM till late in the evening staff we’ll be moving around the hotel and speak through the walkie-talkies which won’t add to the quiet that is required for solid relaxation. We’ll also have to mention that the hotel is quite high up the mountain and moving to and from the hotel is possible only with the use of a taxi. Which costs from 10 USD for one trip. You can add it to your expenses if you decide to live in this hotel.

Good place
Overall a great place to stay with amazing views…good service. Would say hotel 3/4 star and not a 5 star as needs some decorating and bathroom / fixings needs servicing / repairing. Worth staying just for views…

Absolutely loved it
We were lucky to have an 8 night stay at this fantastic place. All staff members were so friendly and welcoming. Our room had a great view from our balcony, where we would enjoy a late afternoon drink. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and a huge variety of foods. We had four spa ( massage) treatments that were professional and revitalising. With 2 pools to enjoy, it never felt crowded. The complex was very clean and tidy ( as was our room). The onsite store also offered a great coffee and sweet treat . We also took advantage of the complimentry shuttle service to the 2 nearby beaches/ shops. Both the evening meals and cocktails were tasty and well priced. We plan to return next year!!

Best views. Best service. Best breakfast. Best hotel
Returned again to Galleri where Khun Wanta had our favourite room ready for us. Beautifully decorated. Breakfast is among the best I have ever had in Thailand. And the views are excellent. We eat in the Thai restaurant last night and the Tom kha gai was outstanding.
This is a five star quality at a four star price. Why stay anywhere else?

Wonderful Hotel
I could not be more happy with my hotel choice in Phuket Amazing views from the pool and from my room partially sea view , great food from the rooftop and kind staff My stay with them was great!!!!!
