My experience was fantastic Highly recommend Rooms are top notch Service is top notch Breakfast is top notch Breakfast starts at sharp 6.30am Spread is huge and very tasty Staff are very helpful and friendly The chef who makes the eggs is very sweet Staff at the reception are very helpful and sweet Property is very big we got our room a little far from reception il,it can be a hassle of you are aged or have problem walking.

Best holiday ever
We had the best holiday. It was fantastic. We hope to come again.
Must stay hotel.
This is a great hotel. If your staying in the area look it up. We booked pool access room , that is great with private sitting area for that all over tan, The rooms are big with bathtub for two for they romantic times. Room where quite , big comfy beds and a decent tv with all the channels, prime, netflix. The Resort has a gym if you must. The pool is good size with separate area for kids. just no bar , if you want anything you need to go into hotel restaurant for drinks. just a couple of minutes away. breakfast is good with plenty to choose from. You can also get lunch and snacks to your room, Which we did occasionally. They is nice massage shop across the road and 7 elevens a couple minutes walk. They is also free shuttle bus to Kata beach every hour or you could just walk 5 to 10 minutes depending.

Our Palmery Resort Experience
Good location, the resort is quite close to kata beach and kata night market, about 15 min walking.
Atmosphere was quite busy and sometimes staff were slow to respond. However, they were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were spacious, clean and we had a nice view of the pool. However, our issue was the bed condition. The mattress was old and worn and the springs could be felt. This made the bed incredibly uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. Manager Nee was extremely helpful by trying to find solutions. We appreciated it.
Breakfast was excellent. The food was covered from flies and fresh. Also the staff replenished the food regularly and there was a great variety of options for everyone.

Perfect location. It’s not Busy street and a lot of facilities. Nearby beach and ecerytging is clean
