Amazing stay.
Great beachfront location if you want a beautiful view from the pool and restaurant, with a short walk to the beach and hustle and bustle of phuket. We stayed in room 206. All ice and salads are made using purified water, so no stomach problems. Staff were super friendly and helpful. 4/5 stars. Trip were all happy to pick us up from the hotel. Kata beach and Kata Noi beach were nicer than Karon beach.

Another fantastic stay—our third year here, and it just keeps getting better! This motel has become one of our favourite places to visit. The views from both the restaurant and the pool are absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The staff are outstanding—always warm, welcoming, and happy to help. They truly make you feel at home. The restaurant serves delicious food, and every meal was a pleasure.
Although July's weather made it difficult to swim at many of Phuket's beaches, we were able to enjoy the beautiful beach every day, which more than made up for it.
We always look forward to returning, and we're already counting down the days until next year. Highly recommended!
Relax next to the beach
Great location right on the beach in the quieter southern part of Kata, away from the busiest area. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very comfortable, and the pool overlooking the beach is a real highlight.
The staff was friendly, although the service could be be a little more polished to match the hotel's higher-end positioning. Breakfast was fresh and excellent, while dinner was less impressive than expected.
The only thing I really missed was having sun loungers available on the beach, which would have made the beachfront experience even better. Overall, it was a relaxed stay and choosing this hotel was definitely a good decision.
A Great Place to Stay with Nice Beach View & Seaview
All members of The Boathouse are friendly & helpful. Everyone at Front Desk & Coffee House are warm & around to help if you need any assistance including those at Housekeeping. The staff are able to speak English which makes our communication so much easier when asking for information. Thank you, Woo.
Phuket gem.
This hotel is right on Kata Beach. The facilities are top notch. We had a beachfront room, which was very spacious & comfortable with an incredible view. The pool is really nice & the area around it, spacious. It has a large gym w great equipment. The breakfast was à la carte, with plenty of selections. We had dinner & the food was delicious with an even better view. Every employee was very nice & made us feel very welcome.
