Best hospitality and amazing atmosphere
I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Tejas. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable, offering helpful suggestions and taking care of every detail with genuine care.
Tejas has a natural talent for hospitality—his warm personality, excellent communication, and thoughtful approach truly elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to come across someone who not only loves what they do but also makes guests feel valued and welcomed.
If you’re visiting, I highly recommend asking for Tejas. His outstanding service made our trip memorable, and I would happily return again. Thank you, Tejas, for an exceptional experience! Beyond the amazing service, I was really impressed by the lush greenery and peaceful environment. The property is beautifully maintained with vibrant plants, clean pathways, and plenty of natural spaces to relax in. It created such a refreshing atmosphere—perfect for anyone looking to unwind.
I also appreciated the resort’s commitment to energy conservation. From efficient lighting to responsible resource use, it’s clear that sustainability is a real priority here. It’s wonderful to see a place that not only provides comfort but also cares for the environment.
And the food—absolutely incredible! The Indian dishes were rich, authentic, and full of flavor. The chhole bhature was a standout: freshly made, perfectly spiced, and incredibly comforting. Each meal felt like a celebration of traditional Indian cuisine, crafted with care and served with pride. If you’re a food lover, you’re in for a treat.

Staff follows eco standard in every shift, the resort delivers steady, responsible operations that support the environment.
we had booked monday steak night event in there restaurent bloom bistro the steak quality was fab!! Never eat steak before like it, mr. Tejas was reserved our booking thats worth it. We will recomend all who love to eat steak,
Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
This was my first trip to Phuket, and my stay at this resort was overall very comfortable. Altough this is a family oriented resort but being on solo trip I could still manage. The resort is located slightly uphill, which was absolutely fine for me and even helped burn a few calories after your meals :). Although, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle/cab service for uphill travel, which is a great convenience, especially after a long day out. The reception team truly stood out. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. I interacted mostly with Mr. RK and Ms. Pang, both of whom were extremely helpful and all others as well, always smiling, and pleasant to talk to. They were proactive and supportive throughout my stay, making the experience smooth and comfortable. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Overall comfort was very good. However, there was a minor issue with insects crawling on the shelves. While the hotel staff made sincere efforts to resolve it, the issue couldn’t be fully eliminated. Apart from this, everything else in the room met expectations. Better buy your mosquito repellent as this is the issue almost everywhere. The Beach bag is provided with 2 towels, so you can decide whether to carry yours or not. Late check out is chargeable. The in-house restaurant is a highlight of the property. It features a beautiful open, poolside ambiance, making it a wonderful place to dine. The food selection was extensive, covering Thai cuisine, seafood, and Indian options, which was a pleasant surprise. A special mention to Mr. Tejas, who helped me with food selections and delivered outstanding service. He managed the restaurant operations efficiently while ensuring guests were well taken care of. The entire restaurant team was attentive and courteous. Overall it was good experience, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great dining experience. tips for other travellers Good hotel for family being on uphill side, view was better. Carry your mosquito repellents Beach bag with Towel is provided. Book services (shuttle, trips ) in advance as these are mostly booked.
