There are amazing with all of us the hotel very nice , specially Pum she is the best . Kindless and helpful with us very nice cooperation.

We stayed at Pamookkoo Phuket for one night in a Family Room (check-in on July 4 and check-out on July 5), and it was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

From the moment we arrived at the lobby, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing orange tea. It was sweet, delicious, and the perfect welcome drink after traveling. The staff took great care of our family during check-in and even personally escorted us to our room while explaining the hotel layout, making it very easy to find our way around.

The hotel’s theme is amazing! It really feels like you’re staying inside a water park while enjoying the comfort of a resort. Everything is beautifully designed and the atmosphere is so much fun.

Our Family Room was spotless. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool, the beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. We immediately felt relaxed and happy staying there.

When we went to the swimming pool, we noticed that the hotel had placed anti-slip mats all around the pool area. This thoughtful detail showed how much they care about guests’ safety. The pool itself was very clean with saltwater, and there were no leaves or debris floating around. There were also lifeguards stationed throughout the water park, making us feel safe and well looked after.

Of course, we couldn’t miss the slides! We tried both the straight slide and the giant slide, and they were incredibly fun. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

After enjoying the pool, we had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and honestly, the food exceeded our expectations. The beef steak was absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Thai spicy grilled beef salad was fantastic with authentic Thai flavors. We also tried the signature cocktail, and it was easily a 10/10. The balance between the spirits and fresh fruit flavors was perfect. If you stay here, you definitely have to try it!

What impressed us the most was the hospitality. Every member of the staff was kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire stay. We truly felt welcomed and well cared for from check-in until check-out.
