The Jewel of phuket
A lot of places I have been visiting but nothing compared to OZO phuket.
I wish to go every time to it when I have a vacation. Thank you Mis MAY to welcome us and thanks to all your companions at the loopy, You are the best.

Brilliant Hotel especially if you have kids and need to be near all amenities
I ended up here for the last few days of my hotel as I was deeply disappointed with the hotel down the road.
Amazing hotel Clean, staff are very friendly. Breakfast lovely and lots of choice. Opposite a walking food market, 7 eleven, shops and restaurants all opposite. Loads of massage places to choose from.
Perfect for kids , they have a pool with a slide.
They have access to the beach which is 6 min walk
The rooms are on the small side. I shared with my 9 and 12 year old. But its manageable. The cleaning staff are very good. Attentive. Nothing is a problem at this holiday and they will do anything they can to help.
I think best place to stay in kata with kids.

Hotel is super clean, modern, and great location. Room was comfortable, good AC (so important!), great pool and breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at OZO Phuket and were very happy with our experience. The hotel management deserves special praise. Everything is very clean, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and cozy, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and their English is very good, so communication was easy throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the fact that everything in the hotel feels new and well maintained. The children’s program is also fantastic — there are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, which makes the hotel a great choice for families. The location is another major advantage. The beach, cafés, shops, markets, and other amenities are all within a very short walking distance. There are also buses stopping right outside the hotel, making it very convenient to get around Phuket. We also had a lovely surprise on the day of our departure. The hotel was launching its first promotional campaign from ONYX Group, where guests could spin a wheel, answer questions, and win prizes. We were lucky enough to win a complimentary upgrade to the next level — Sapphire — as well as a branded OZO Phuket bag and complimentary cocktails/mocktails. It was such a fun and thoughtful way to finish our stay! The only minor downside for us was that the rooms are quite small, and there could be more convenient and reliable power outlets. We sometimes had issues with phone chargers disconnecting, apparently because of unstable power at the outlets. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. OZO Phuket is a modern, comfortable, family-friendly, and well-managed hotel with a great location. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again!
MUST VISIT.. BEST OPTION IN KATA.. DON'T THINK TWICE.. JUST BOOK IT..
I can't praise this property enough.. Like how can something be so perfect.. Right at the center of everything.. 7 eleven opposite the road, take a right walking street in 10 steps, take a left and markets immediately.. While it's in the center of everything you still experience peace.. If you're going to take the smart bus from airport it will drop you just opposite the hotel.. Beach is about a min away from the inside access.. Super clean modern rooms.. Breakfast has a crazy spread and everything was so tasty.. I mean if in Kata there is no better option.. Each and every person is so attentive and always smiling and always ready to assist.. Special mention to NAAN what a lovely guy.. Directly ask for him at your check in.. He made my day by just how loving and genuinely interested he was in making my stay better than best.. This was a solo trip and I felt super safe.. Will get my parents here the next time for sure..
