Located close to the main street, the hotel is just 5 minutes' walk from Phuket's Kata and Karon Beach. The hotel is also a quick drive from Patong Beach, famous for its restaurants and shopping. Phuket International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. Decorated with Thai artwork and wooden furnishings, rooms are equipped with flat-screen TV, safe, air-conditioning, tea and coffee set, fridge and bathroom with shower. All rooms also have private balconies, while only selected rooms come with a kitchenette and sofa bed. The onsite restaurant has been serving delicious Thai food, fresh seafood and European dishes since its opening in 1999. It also offers a daily American breakfast. Guests can rent a motorbike to explore Phuket at leisure or arrange a day trip at the tour desk.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Pros- good location, close to beach, bars, restaurants, large room, comfy bed, air con. Cons - not clean, busy and noisy road, poor breakfast, plates and tables were dirty etc This is a cheap hotel, though we have stayed in much better for the same price. Not somewhere I'd come to again.
Amazing locations, heart of kata, burger king, pizza hut, and many restaurant area also nex to nigh market, 7/11, many shop around, just 200mt Beach, staff very friendly, hotel very nice room everyday cleaning, 1 night 400thb low season, budgets hotel high recommended this hotels,
I had the pleasure of staying in superior room with good balcony at outdoor inn. Good place for walk, near kata night market and 7 eleven. Room is super clean and neat, bed and duvet is comfy, free bottle of water everyday and have parking for motorbikes. And, staffs are really helpful (especially Min) and friendly. I really had an amazing time staying there. Thumbs up from me 👍
Our experience at this hotel was an absolute nightmare beyond anything we could have imagined. We booked a room based on the attractive photos on the website, but what we received in reality was nothing like what was promised. We were given a room in a completely different building, with windows facing a busy market where food was being cooked from morning until late at night. The entire room was filled with overpowering food odors, making it impossible to stay there, especially for me, as I have asthma.
When I complained to the reception, the administrator offered no real solution other than telling me to "wait until 11 PM when the market closes and the smells will go away." This is outrageous! How can you expect a guest to endure the suffocating smell of fried food all day, hoping it will get better at night? Is this what I paid for?
I requested another room, but I was told that everything was fully booked and I would have to "wait until the next day." This kind of attitude is nothing short of a complete disregard for guests. In the end, I had to leave this awful hotel and urgently find another accommodation through a different booking platform, which cost me extra time and money.
When I contacted Agoda for assistance, I faced even more disappointment. Despite providing photos that clearly showed the room did not match what was advertised, they completely ignored my concerns and claimed that the room "met the booking conditions." This is not just negligence; it’s a blatant unwillingness to help customers and resolve issues. Both Agoda and the hotel kept shifting responsibility back and forth, clearly avoiding any accountability and refusing to refund my money. It feels like neither party cares about honesty or fulfilling their promises to customers.
We are guests from Finland, and this horrible experience has permanently ruined our impression of this hotel and Agoda’s services. We had to deal with so much inconvenience, find new accommodation on our own, and experience total indifference from both the hotel and the company. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never use Agoda again. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this hotel and booking service!
I’ve booked this place for 7 nights based on Agoda reviews. I’m paying £50 per night for the pleasure of staying here. I’ll let you form your own opinion as I list the issues I’ve had below.
Shower didn’t work. Patio doors wouldn’t close fully or lock. Toilet broke. No plug for the basin to shave, when I asked for one I was shouted back at WE NO HAVE!! Half the lights in the room are broken. Room is very tired and dated. Staff have no English Owner is one of the rudest guys I’ve ever met. They won’t even give you a knife to butter your toast at breakfast…am I in prison???
There are more, but I think I’ve made my point. Also, please do not use Agoda. They have no customer support and only post positive reviews.
