Our boutique hotel built in 2019 is located in Karon district 500 meters away from Karon and Kata beaches. Hotel location is one of the main advantages of it. Rooms with 1 - 2 bedrooms are designed in the modern style with the use of high-quality finishing materials and branded appliances. 42 rooms on 5 floors with a restaurant, a minimart, a lounge area on the roof with a swimming pool. Rooms are designed in one concept with private bathrooms. Rooms are set up with king-size beds. Triple rooms and 2 bedroom rooms are set up with extra single bed(s).

Very good experience
Very good experience, the staff very friendly and accommodating. I stayed with my 4 year old and she was enjoying it so did my self. Beach is not a long walk from the hotel so is the markets location of the hotel for the area of Kata is very good. Rooms are new and clean. Really satisfied

Wonderful stay at the hotel
We had such a great stay at KK Karon Kata Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly. A special mention to Mr. Somporn Butpaer, who always had a big smile on his face and was so helpful throughout our stay – he really made us feel at home.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a super cozy bed that gave us some of the best sleep of our trip. The hotel feels relaxed and well cared for. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but it’s still a fun place to cool off and unwind.
Some reviews mention traffic noise as the hotel is near the road, but we didn’t have any issues – we only noticed it when a tuk tuk passed with loud music.
Overall, this hotel is a little gem – clean, comfortable, and with fantastic service. Excellent value for money, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Excellent reception
We stayed there for two days as we originally stayed in Patong but came there for beautiful Karon and Kata beaches. Despite our short stay the staff welcomed us with great hospitality (cold towels and drinks!!). The view from the roof is gorgeous, and the pool is awesome.
