Very happy we chose this hotel
Very happy we chose this hotel. Love the style, from the entrance to the pool and the rooms. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms cleaned well daily. We sometimes had the pool to ourselves especially first thing in the morning. Reception very helpful on the few occasions we needed something. Our room wasn’t ready as we arrived early but there is a shower room where we could sort ourselves out after the long journey. Some of the other customers were not very friendly but that didn’t spoil our time. We would stay again if we go back to Kata. We had a pool view room which was a lovely size and better than the side rooms.
Go left at the main road and there is a fabulous food market, the best pad Thai we had. We ate lunch there almost daily.
The park over the road accessed by the beach has exercise equipment. We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolside Resort, thank you!!!!

Lovely hotel
The hotel staff were very welcoming and always helpful. Room was very large and cleaned daily. Hotel is close to a great food market and also the beach. Small pool area but never a problem getting a sunbed. The only negative was that our 'mountain view' room actually faced onto a large fence and air conditioning units. If booking again I would ask for a room overlooking the pool or reception area.

Wonderful Stay!
The room as large and comfortable with a balcony and soaking tub making this a great experience for couples. Very clean and everyone was so friendly! Not on the beach however you are just across the street and can walk to it in 2min. Tons of restaurant options. Would recommend!
Great Value for Money – Ideal for a Family Vacation
We recently stayed at Kata Poolside Resort and had a fantastic experience! This hotel is perfect for a family getaway, offering great value for money without compromising on comfort.
The pool was a definite highlight – clean, spacious, and surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet was another pleasant surprise. With a good variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to Thai dishes, there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was a great way to start the day before heading to Kata Beach, which is conveniently just a short walk away.
While the rooms were simple, they were clean and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Overall, Kata Poolside Resort is an excellent choice for families looking for a budget-friendly yet enjoyable vacation in Phuket. We would definitely stay here again!

Kata poolside resort
Good resort close to all amenities including Kata beach 5-10 min walk,comfortable clean room although I did find the mattress hard,good variety for breakfast and the restaurant for dinner is good.Check in was quick and efficient.Value for money Resort recommend
