The location of this Hotel is perfect not far from anything Bars, market and a wonderful beach. reception was pleasant and helped us with any information we needed. The hotel is a bit dated and needs a refurb, the room we had was very small and not much room for cases with limited storage, Breakfast was ok. We would go back to Kata beach but maybe a different hotel
Have just got back from a stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is located in a good place which is about a 10 min walk to kata beach. The hotel provides transport to and from the beach for free which was very handy. The breakfast wasn’t to my taste but I’m super fussy but there was a good selection of items to choose from. They could do with putting a few more sun beds around the pool as they go very quickly. Having a massage by the pool was very relaxing and a good cost compared to the other places around the hotel. And of course a 7-11 just on the corner. In the evening they have a small night market just out the front with a cocktail bar and food options. For a 3 star hotel you couldn’t ask for more would stay again
The hotel is in a lively area but well secluded from any outside noise. We were a family of 4 (children age 2 & 10) in the family room which was a spacious room with a double bed and large bunk beds. The room was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is very compact but amenable and the hotel/room was very clean. Staff were very attentive and happy to help.
The pool area does not have many sun beds but the pool is a good size. There are pool towels in your room. There is a very well priced massage station situated by the pool and both the staff were lovely and excellent at their job.
The area is vibrant, street bars outside, restaurants within a short walk, the beach is a 10 minute walk. We found location ideal. It is around an hour transfer from the airport. The price is excellent for the hotel and I would not hesitate to return.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Arrived yesterday and omg what an awful hotel Let's start with the room ..... It's the smallest room ever. Nowhere to store clothes, no drawers or shelving. The kettle has to be used on the floor, how god damn dangerous, that's after you find it in a tiny space above the safe The bathroom is antiquated, the shower hose has its chrome cover slipped off and doesn't stay on the fitting Now for the highlight of our first morning..... Walked into what can only be described as a workmans canteen ! Not one welcome, we was looked at like we had two bloody heads The so called breakfast was absolutely disgusting so ended up with egg on toast, nice?? No, the fried eggs had all been piled up and congealed, freezing cold.the butter or whatever it was supposed to be was vile, gross in fact Absolutely disgusting to put anyone in a hotel like this We didn't choose to be here, it was part of a multi stop Any good reviews on here are probably paid for because nobody would intentionally spend good money on absolute crap The hotel management must be laughing at us all for paying to stay here Do yourselves a favour and take heed, this is meant to be a holiday not a camp
Booked ibis kata Phuket, one room two adults one child and one adult in a separate room. Upon arrival I was show the room which where both the same size and if I wanted and extra bed for my child it was £20 a night extra. I showed my booking to the receptionist and was told that this is not enough evidence and if I wasn’t happy cancel and go stay somewhere else it was 1am in the morning. The receptionist and in fact all staff are rude. Rooms are tiny and smell of urine. 18 sunbeds to the whole hotel which had seen better days,Most days we went to beach or neighbouring hotel, food in hotel is disgusting once was enough. This is the third time in Phuket had it been the first it would have been the last. Phuket is lovely, people are lovely just stay clear of this hotel RECEPTIONISTS RUDE,SMELLY,ROOM DISGUSTING.
