Kata district is also a good start to explore Phuket. It's only a 15 min drive from Patong which is a famous nightlife center, from the historical center of Phuket Town and from the southern district of Rawai with a big selection of landmarks. This Hotel Deserves More Than 5 Stars!
I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.
The rooms were incredibly spacious, modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. One detail I really appreciated was the complimentary bottled water replenished daily, along with separate towels for the shower and the pool/beach. Even better, the hotel allows you to take the beach towels with you, which made our beach days so much more convenient.
The customer service was truly outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They genuinely made us feel like valued guests.
Breakfast was another highlight. This was far from your average continental breakfast. There was an excellent variety of fresh, delicious options, and having waitstaff serve you each morning made the experience feel even more luxurious.
The hotel features two absolutely beautiful pools that were always clean and inviting. The location is perfect as well, with the beach less than a 10-minute walk away and countless restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and services just steps from the hotel.
One of the best amenities was the hotel's tour desk. Planning excursions couldn't have been easier. They arranged everything for us, and every tour included transportation that picked us up directly from the hotel and brought us back afterward. It completely eliminated the stress of coordinating transportation on our own.
It's clear that this hotel pays attention to every detail to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. Between the beautiful facilities, unbeatable location, outstanding service, and thoughtful amenities, this was easily one of the best hotel stays I've ever had.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area without hesitation. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip. Five stars all the way!
