We have absolutely loved our stay at Chanalai Garden Resort and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The value for money is exceptional. The resort offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday at a very reasonable price, making it one of the best places we've stayed. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to beautiful Kata Beach, with plenty of restaurants, massage shops, convenience stores and markets nearby. It's the perfect base for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The atmosphere throughout the resort is warm, welcoming and tropical. The pools are lovely, the gardens are beautifully maintained, and the entire property has a calm, holiday feel that makes it easy to unwind. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a beautiful view that we enjoyed every day. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job, and the creative towel art each day was a highlight of our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us when we arrived—it made our 20th wedding anniversary even more special. Most of all, the staff made our stay unforgettable. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help, providing outstanding service from beginning to end. Thank you, Chanalai Garden Resort, for an amazing holiday. Our short stay at Chanalai Garden Resort in Phuket has been a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the beach, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, making it the perfect base to explore the area. Our room was spacious & comfortable, with a lovely balcony to relax on after a day out. A thoughtful touch was the umbrellas provided in the room, which came in handy during the occasional tropical rain shower. Chanalai staff were genuinely warm, friendly and welcoming, short out to Daisy and the and their exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was attentive and happy to help. The buffet breakfast at the Morakot was excellent value (nett price) and offered an impressive variety each morning. There was a fantastic selection of fresh tropical fruit, juices, coffee and tea, Asian and Western breakfast options, delicious pastries, plus both a noodle station and an egg station cooked to order. The resort also has a fully equipped gym, a great bonus for those wishing to keep up with our workouts while away. Room service was prompt, and the pool bar staff were equally friendly and efficient. Overall, this resort offered everything we were looking for—comfort, convenience and outstanding hospitality. Being a terraced hotel (stunning views of Kata Beach and incredible sunsets), do be prepared for some stair climbing (but there are lifts!) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return on our next visit to Phuket.
