The centre of Phuket is a 30-minute drive away. The airport is 50 minutes away. This beach hotel is very spacious and offers a beautiful view over Kata beach and the Andaman Sea. The resort's lush garden provides an especially relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a total of 144 rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a restaurant and public Internet access. Chanalai Flora Resort = 10/10
Ball (Bell Boy) at Chanalai Flora Resort was nothing short of exceptional. He was super friendly and helpful. He even used he’s personal device to contact the pier information services for our Phi Phi island trip. Upon checking out, he even advised the bolt driver (who did not speak English) where we were to be dropped.
Also, our housekeeping lady (room 3302) was phenomenal. She was always on time tidying up our room, and sorting out our refreshments.
The breakfast was amazing! Loads of options and variety.
Pool side bar assistance was quick to assist and the bartenders were friendly and helpful
Finally, to all the staff, the welcoming upon checking in and advice on night market visits, attractions, etc. was exceptional service. Definitely highly recommended. This was our first visit of our Thailand journey, and the bartenders has been set very high Well done Chanalai Flora Resort team. 10/10

Such an amazing experience. Everyone is so sweet and attentive l. Room was so nice, cool and clean. Hope to come back again ♥️ also it was my birthday and I didn’t tell anyone. They took note from my passport and sang me happy birthday and brought me cake at the breakfast buffet. So thoughtful
