Amazing vacation
From arrival to departure our stay at Beyond Kata was amazing. With direct beach access you don't need to leave the resort. The room was spacious and the view was exceptional. The variety of food was a great mix to cover all tastes. The evening entertainment is an added extra. We will definitely be returning to Beyond Kata
Large friendly resort
Perfectly located on the southern end of Kata main beach, Beyond Kata is a perfectly located resort close to shops, markets, restaurants and bars. Surrounded by every possible service. nearby the ever amazing 50THB local bus to Phuket town and the 100THB Phuket Smart bus that runs between Rawai and Phuket International Airport. The resort itself is well appointed with the sensational Atrium restaurant which serves A La Carte and buffet style for breakfast, lunch & dinner (Notable staff in the Atrium who deserve kudos were Namhwain, Ben, & Menuka). Two other restaurants serve various fine fare. The grounds are well kept and clean, a large swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and a pool bar (Tak and Rona were standout bar staff). Staff are friendly and helpful and always available to assist. Rooms are large and airy with various views depending on the location, but most over look the pool or beach, some upgrades have access to a private lagoon pool. House keeping (ours was the amazing Tontarn) were attentive to our needs and refreshed everything upon request. We stayed at Beyond Kata for ten days and every day was an amazing experience. Special thanks to General Manager Glenn for his constant interaction between guest and staff. The only criticism we had was that there were no cushions on the sunbeds and the non=enforcement of the "No reserving sunbeds" rule

My Amazing 2-Week Stay at Beyond Kata
A family From Stockholm Sweden. We were fortunate to spend two unforgettable weeks at Beyond Kata from July 10th to July 25th. We were a family of four — a father, a mother, and two young adults — and our stay was filled with warmth, comfort, and beautiful memories.
From the moment we arrived, we experienced outstanding hospitality, respectful and friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and enjoys a wonderful location in the heart of restaurants and local markets, while being right by the stunning Kata Beach.
The beach offered a gentle sea breeze, breathtaking views, and spectacular sunsets that made every evening special. The breakfast was generous and delicious, providing a wonderful start to each day.
One small suggestion for improvement: the hotel lobby could become even more inviting by adding a little more cooling comfort and offering complimentary cold water, tea, and coffee during the afternoons or evenings. It would create an even more relaxing space where couples and families can sit, share conversations, and enjoy joyful moments together.
Overall, Beyond Kata gave us an unforgettable family experience. The combination of its beautiful location, excellent service, and relaxing atmosphere made our stay truly special.
When we visit Phuket again, Beyond Kata will definitely be our choice — 100% recommended.

Brilliant location
Location can not be beaten! Rooms great with magnificent views. Beach is charming and ideal for learning to surf. There is room for improvement in the quality of food at this resort and in the training of staff. While the staff are hard working, you get the impression they are very much going through the motions and have little pride or passion for their job or guests. The resort would also hugely benefit from a pool and ping pong table, as there are no alternative activities when the weather is rainy.
