5 Stars -Best hotel experience!
My friend and I stayed at Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa from the 10th–22nd June, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel so welcome. They were all incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
A very special shoutout has to go to Mickey, who genuinely made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond every single day, constantly checking in to make sure we were happy, asking if we needed anything, giving us advice about the local area, and always greeting us with the biggest smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she is a real credit to the hotel. Thank you, Mickey, for making our holiday so special!
The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, with a free shuttle bus running to the beach, which made getting around so easy. The breakfast was amazing every morning, with such a wide variety of options that there was something different to enjoy each day.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The pool area and all of the communal spaces were constantly being cleaned and maintained, and our room was cleaned every day to an exceptionally high standard. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Phuket.
You can really tell that everyone at Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa takes pride in what they do. The level of hospitality we received exceeded all of our expectations, and it truly made our holiday one to remember.
We are so sad to be leaving, but we will definitely be back in the future. Thank you to everyone at Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa for giving us such an incredible stay— we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket!

Staff were very friendly. Amazing people! The rooms were really clean and had a good time at the pool and using the facilities such as the gym and spa. The gym had lots to do and I spent my mornings there. The food was delicious and there was plenty of air conditioning.
Perfect stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. A special thank you to Mini, Mohit, and Micky at reception, who were always helpful and made us feel well looked after.
Nick, the concierge, was fantastic. He took us on a day trip to the Big Buddha, Wat Chalong, and Old Phuket Town. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
A big thank you as well to Tejas, the restaurant manager, who was always warm, attentive, and accommodating.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary massage offered by the hotel—it was a lovely, relaxing treat and a great addition to our stay.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. We would definitely stay here again.
World class stay
We came to Phuket for our 20th wedding anniversary with our teenage children. Andaman Cannacia was the perfect place to stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful and create a real personal feel. The food was amazing and outstanding service too. The location of the hotel provides incredible sea views at the top of the hill. This is the perfect location for families and couples and would highly recommend.
