First time to Phuket
My check in was a rocky start to our holiday. After travelling all day all we wanted to do was go to our room, my booking was missing a letter from my name & they would not allow me to check in. After an hour later and proving it was my booking our holiday turned very pleasant. The resort has beautifully well kept grounds, the food at both restaurants were very good & their pizza was amazing. The beach and the location was excellent. All the staff are very friendly and a big thank you to Pomme from reception for looking after our transport to our next destination. Sunshine from the tour desk was also very helpful & friendly. My only suggestion would be to have some entertainment at night as there is nothing to do after dinner unless you go out of the hotel. Would highly recommend.
