This resort is located on Karon Beach, one of Phuket's finest natural long beaches, where the sun sets. Phuket town is 20 km away and Patong Beach with the island's most popular nightspots is just a short ride away. Phuket International Airport is some 45 km away. The resort features contemporary Thai-style furnished rooms in 3 interconnecting low-rise buildings. All rooms are fully-equipped with standard amenities that guests need for a pleasant stay including a balcony or terrace. The 4 swimming pools, lush gardens and low-rise buildings are the landmarks of the resort. Guests can do exercise at the fitness room with the best views in Phuket overlooking the botanical gardens. Great Staff, Beautiful Pools, but Not a True 5-Star Experience
We stayed at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort for 10 days. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but in our opinion it is no longer a true 5-star resort. It feels more like a good 3+ star hotel. You can tell it was once a luxury resort, but parts of the property are now looking a bit dated and worn. The highlights of our stay were definitely the friendly staff, the beautiful pool areas, the lovely gardens, and Ciao Pizza Restaurant, which served great food. Unfortunately, the rooms were disappointing. They felt outdated and lacked sufficient storage space, with very few closets or places to unpack our clothes. The biggest issue during our stay was that renovation work was taking place directly beneath our room. There was loud construction noise every day, making it impossible to relax in the room during the daytime. We wish we had been informed about this before our arrival. Despite this, we would like to give a special thank you to Sak and Eddie, who work at the entrance. They were both absolutely fantastic—always smiling, incredibly helpful, and truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their outstanding service was one of the highlights of our holiday.
Nice hotel good location
We did really enjoyed the stay at here. The hotel is location near the beach you just crossed the road. The hotel has the nice garden. The room was nice with other facilities and thanks to June for the service.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Special thanks to bell staff Pond! He was incredibly warm and attentive, and gave me so much help throughout my trip here. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic family trip
A great family resort. The kids loved the facilities, especially the petting zoo and slides! Lots of food choices, amazing location and beautiful peaceful gardens. All the staff were so friendly, especially Eddie from the reception area who offered great local advice and took good care of us even after checkout while we waited for our transfer. Would stay again.
