Wonderful
Win is a true professional. She upgraded us to a better room and attended to all our requests. The hotel is great and the breakfast is fantastic. Thank you, Win, for making our stay at Karon Beach wonderful.

Sugar Marina Karon nightmare
Sugar Marina was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in , it’s not a hotel in our opinion , more like a hostel . The toilets at reception were disgusting , everywhere was dark and dingy around reception . Reception told us we had been upgraded in our room , wow if that’s an upgrade then don’t bother . Shocking . Back to reception , please show is the room we should have had , a better room apart from our son had to sleep on a sofa , not a sofa bed . Breakfast was another experience I don’t want to repeat , dirty tables , food all over the floor , plates cracked and chipped . We checked out after one night , should have been there for 5 nights .

A wonderful place, perfect location, very beautiful area near the pool. A birthday cake from hotel was unexpected and lovely present, a very touching moment on my husband's birthday! Thanks a lot!
Disgusting
Avoid this hotel. It is NOT a 4☆ dirty hovel. The room stank of mould. We suspected was coming from the aircon. Our tiny balcony was facing a derelict building and our view was of the roof. Pool area dirty. The young girl who shows you to your room will stand by you and tell you to give a good review and she will do a screen shot. I didn't do one. Travellers are under pressure to give false reviews and are misleading future bookings. Absolutely vile accommodation. Possibly a 2☆ definitely NOT a 4☆ DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL!!!!
