Perfect location
Situated above a Family Mart 24 hour shop and surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars this hotel is in the best location in Karon. The temple and beach are 2 minutes walking distance and Patong is 10 minutes away in a tuk tuk. I stayed here due to the exceptional security for the underground parking..... a must for big bikes. The hotel is kept very clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful......

Good quality for money choice
The hotel is a very clean and even has a gym. The rooms are very spacious and has nice view to hills and sea backside. The breakfast fine but the variety of dishes quite limited. There are only few shoulders and the wardrobe has only one shelf, which can be tricky if you travel not alone.

Had 7 days of joy , food , fun , beach oh and great company. The staff very professional & helpful especially NOI head receptionist always helpful and smiley In general most of the team really nice & warm. I would go back again & also recommend a friend 🌴 The gym gear can improve a bit especially the machine 😃 Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Rude member of staff
Upon arrival, sat a member of staff (mee) at the reception. I greeted her in Thai (sawadee ka) got no response or smile.
He tone and response was very rude and when I asked for another room key? She didn’t give me any sign of acknowledge, so I ask again politely and got a blunt ( I know!)
Maybe she’s having a bad day but it’s no way to treat anyone.
Great Hotel and location.
The hotel is central fir so many outings, the beach is 5 minutes walk away; straight down the road. Lots of lovely eateries on the doorstep. 7 11 shop for convenience a minute away. And the hotel... It's so clean, tidy and staff never stop... On arrival the reception staff genuinely welcome you. Help with luggage and show you to the room...Service with a smile 😃 Breakfast of cereals, toast and jams, Thai food & rice, also a cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage and fried potatoes are offered. Tea, coffee, juices and water are available. The kitchen staff are helpful and pleasant too. Rooms are cleaned and replenished daily, any concerns are dealt with immediately. Overall, this is a great Hotel. Great location, and so relaxing...even with construction going on out on the mountain view side...it never spoilt our stay here... Great stay 😊
