Fantastic stay at a newly renovated beach resort in Phuket!
I had a great stay at the newly renovated resort hotel, which I originally visited a number of years ago when it was a Hilton. All the staff were friendly, warm and helpful, from the reception to the Spa Team. I like to give a special recognition to my massage therapist, Khun Kwang. She was fantastic. I had some of the best massage treatments with her during this stay!
More Than Just a Hotel – A Destination of Pure Magic
I have never stayed in a hotel so breathtakingly beautiful. Nestled within a massive botanical garden, every single member of the staff was kind and wonderful. Reaching my room required a short tram ride that passed through lovely gardens, fountains, and pools—they even have their own free-roaming peacocks! The hotel itself is truly a destination in its own right.
While many travelers opt for trendy, Instagram-famous spots, the immersive charm of a grand, established resort is in a league of its own. The thoughtful staff arranged my room in the building closest to the beach, facing the pool and bar. On top of that, upon hearing it was my birthday, they prepared a wonderful birthday setup for me, which I am deeply grateful for.
This hotel holds a truly magical place in my memories. I wish everyone there all the very best!
Rejuvenating massage, well rested
