I would not recommend this hotel.
Upon arrival and check-in, staff were not welcoming at all, very unfriendly and slow!
The room has tiny little bugs (like book lice or mold mites). The linen and towels were smelly. Didn’t get any toothbrushes.
I called to ask for water, and they said “you already got your water today”.
We stayed on the second floor, and there were random beds just in the middle of the hallway.
The location is walking distance from the beach.
But I would rather stay at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort (I stayed there the night before) it’s right next to this hotel “Phuket Orchid Resort & Spa” but there you will get 5 star services, their staff are very friendly and helpful. And very clean.
A perfect gateway for Family Holidays
Location is awesome Hotel staff is friendly Pool , Slides , Kids Club are really good . Karon beach is next to hotel with crossing a road. Walkable to Kata Market

discriminatory & threatening behaviour
Horrible experience at this hotel. Front‑desk staff discriminated against me for being Chinese and made threatening remarks. I do not recommend anyone to book this property.
Great stay
Very cool hotel, Supit was amazing at breakfast, internet was good when it worked but buffered a lot. Very relaxed approach to things.
Sami and henshu are really professional.
It's really good resort, the rooms were so clean i really enjoyed my stay. Special shout out to Sami front desk who helped me alot throughout my stay and Henshu was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend will be back again.❤️
