Great experience with great swimming pool and slides too and every staff is great especially noom and Kai and great breakfast and it’s location and room is good too.

Another Wonderful Family Holiday at Phuket Orchid Resort & Spa
As a family that has visited Phuket Orchid Resort & Spa many times over the years, we can honestly say that every visit is better than the last. We keep coming back because of the incredible hospitality, genuine friendliness and the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable and memorable each time. This year, our two large families stayed for 9 nights across four rooms, enjoying a much-needed escape from the Australian winter. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, with plenty of delicious options for both adults and children. The cleanliness and room service was maintained to the highest standard every single day. A special thank you to the hotel management team, Nancy and Melanie, whose professionalism, warmth and attention to detail are truly exceptional. Together with their fantastic staff, they create an atmosphere that makes guests feel like family. We would also like to acknowledge Mr. Kiewa, our breakfast host, who welcomed us each morning with a smile and positive energy. The pool restaurant team were equally amazing, always cheerful, caring, and attentive, making every meal and interaction a pleasure. Resort buffet dinners were a hit with the kids soooo delicious. For families with children, the water slides are a huge highlight and we were impressed once again by the professionalism of the slide guards. Their strong focus on safety and guest wellbeing gave us complete peace of mind while the kids ( 13-year-old) had endless fun. Phuket Orchid Resort & Spa continues to surprise and delight us year after year. The beautiful resort, wonderful staff, outstanding service and family-friendly atmosphere make it a true tropical paradise. In one word: Returning! We are already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you to everyone at Phuket Orchid Resort & Spa for another unforgettable family holiday. 🌴☀️❤️
