Beautiful Resort, Beautiful Staff
Lovely resort with plenty of palm trees and greenery, lovely pool, short walk to beach. LE package was great value. Mostly the beautiful Thai staff (and the beautiful Natalia who went out of her way to make us feel special at every encounter) made our stay outstanding, they were so warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome. Thank you to all of you!

Hotel staff was amazing! Location is great!
Infront main entrance walking distance to 7E, and a bit further down there’s Big C mini. At the back all the way back is access to the beach and Karon plaza.. (where you can eat seafood and buy clothes and souvenirs)
The staff and the hospitality of this place is sooo good.
I accidentally left my passport at the airport, and was freaking out when I arrived at the hotel and realised I didn’t have my passport. I was about to leave my bag and rush off, but when I told the bell boy (his name is Chana) about having to go back to the airport for my passport, he immediately contacted a lady staff named Rossukon. She speaks good English and helped me call the airport to locate my passport (lucky I remembered exactly where I left it), and helped arrange for the hotel driver to pick it up and bring it back. Just before the 3pm cut off time (apparently after 3pm, everything will go to lost and found, then I will have to come personally to pick it up). I got my passport back at 5.30pm the same day. Thank goodness.
I am so grateful for all her help. Tq so much Rossukon & Chana for all your help.. I’m eternally in your debt. Thanks again. Someday, if you’re ever in Malaysia, contact me and I will return your hospitality!
(Btw, the distance between the airport and the hotel is one hour and a half! So imagine the trip I would’ve to take and probably would struggle trying to speak to the locals to explain my situation. So ya. 😅)

Room not cleanest, not provided to tooth brush and slippery. Kinda old place i think. Bed case smelling quite bad, abounded towels. Please renewal facilities
Family friendly resort
The stay here was an amazing experience and the it's location was just perfect as it was easy to go around to other small stores. The atmosphere was a nice soothing nature like feeling so it's suitable for people who enjoys an outdoor resort like vacation. The rooms were nice and each have it's own unique design. The cleanliness was okay, thought the floor has a little sandy feeling. At night, you won't have to worry about the noise level as it is really quiet and you can get a peaceful sleep. The services was amazing, all staff were really kind and willing to help.

Spa good but massage duration shorter than how long it should be. AC sound too loud.
