A wonderful experience
Namwan, Khet and Bank are amazing!! The service was excellent and we loved staying here. Everything is clean, the service is great and the food was amazing 💙💙💙💙

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at JonoX Karon Hotel. The hotel has a modern design, very clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location close to Karon Beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooftop pool area is a big plus and perfect to relax after a long day. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
Attempted overcharge. Check your bill! Insipid coffee.
We four went tonight for coffee at their restaurant.
Menu listed iced coffees at baht 100 each. X2.
Menu listed peppermint tea (no mention of the word "pot" at baht 50. X2.
Total should have been 300 baht but we were billed for the tea at 100 baht each. When we asked we were told the extra 50 baht each was because it was served in a "pot" x2. The word pot was nowhere on the drinks menu.
We refused to pay. The coffee was insipid.
Go elsewhere.
