This hotel is located at the heart of Karon beach, only separated from the beautiful sandy beach by the coastal road (200 m). From the hotel, guests have excellent views of the island's most beautiful beaches, as the hotel lies between the Kata and Patong beaches. The Karon centre with countless shops, restaurants and bars, and a public transport stop are to be found nearby. The centre is 4 km away, whilst the closest nightclubs are 5 km from the hotel. Transfer to the international airport takes about 45 minutes by car (roughly 50 km). Patong can be reached within 10 minutes and Phuket Town lies around 30 minutes from the hotel by car.
The hotel was built in 2000 and has a total of 65 rooms, of which 48 are superior rooms (about 30m²), spread over 4 floors. There is a lobby with lifts, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. Further facilities include wonderful gardens, a games room, a TV room, an Internet terminal, a small supermarket, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. Additionally, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance (for an additional fee) are on offer. For younger guests there is a playground. Those arriving by car may use the hotel car park.
The spacious, air-conditioned rooms come with a bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, a king-size bed, an ergonomic chair, a balcony or terrace, a minibar/fridge (with complimentary drinking water) and a hire safe.
In the hotel grounds, guests may take advantage of the poolside snack bar and a swimming pool, as well as sun loungers and parasols. Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a work-out in the gym, a game of table tennis, or a relaxing massage.
Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet. Lunch and dinner can be taken as a set menu; dinner is also available à la carte. The hotel caters for guests with special dietary requirements.

In every hotel/restaurant/company/business etc. The place would simply not work without decent staff. The Front Village Hotel in Karon has the most amazing staff. From the restaurant to the maids to the front desk all of them were excellent. The hotel itself sits directly behind the main road into Karon. The traffic is manic at the best of times. Noisy at night. But strangely enough you don't notice after a couple of nights. Shops, bars,restaurants,massage places are all within 10 minutes. The very wide and long beach is around 5 minutes walk. I only had breakfast at the hotel. If you're happy with bacon and egg for brekky or cereal,toast etc then this is the place for you. The pool area is okay. The Spa was undergoing restoration work so was closed. Overall a pretty good place and located okay for most things. Enjoy
Okay for a night or two
Hotel was more on the basic side but did have everything you’d need. Pool area had a swim up bar with a happy hour during certain times for 2 for 1 cocktails. We had a twin room which had a nice little balcony over looking the swim up rooms. Location wise it had everything within walking distance - money exchanges, 7-11, beach, massages etc. From our room you could hear a lot of traffic noise, this was through the night too, with Tuk tuks playing loud music. We didn’t have breakfast or any food at the hotel so can’t comment on that element. Found the porters and cleaners friendly, the front desk staff weren’t overly helpful when we approached them about taxis and onward ferries. An okay stay for us for a couple of nights before moving on however wouldn’t personally want to spend a week here.

Good rooms and a nice swim up bar
The resort is a very nice hotel! Room and bed were comfortable and the shower was good. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment! The pool area could do with a few more beds. The pool was nice and has a nice swim up bar with lovely staff especially Nam, who made very nice cocktails. We had happy hour lunch, I.e. a club sandwich which was nice, if you have it in happy hour you get double fries which were nice and not greasy.
Only downside to this resort is the noise at night time whilst trying to sleep. It’s constant road noise all night long.

Nice Place in Karon
Nice spot near Karon beach and much quieter than Patong. Pool has a relaxed atmosphere and the room was great. Lots of options for food around a 5 minute walk away.
Was ok 👌
Room was overlooking a busy road and pretty noisy. Air con was also noisy. Bed was rock hard and despite being provided a thin topper I still struggled. Breakfast was just ok. Lovely coffee but most morning it’s was lukewarm. Eggs made to order if you could find someone to man the station and some lovely bread for toast but overall choice not great. Kept coming back to the room to find aircon off and floor, bed and furniture damp but didn’t take long to clear
Room and balcony a good size and had all we needed. Gowns a nice touch - not sure about the peep show bath shutters in the bedroom though!
Food wasn’t great - ordered a few times for convenience but not impressed.
Staff lovely, helped where they could and put things right that went wrong quickly and do aim to please
Pool nice but not as big as it looks and again a little noisy from traffic noise
Just loved the guy who stopped the traffic for us so we could cross the road every day - he deserves a medal sat there waiting with his flag from dawn to dusk
Overall okay, it served a purpose but location on the busy road wasn’t great but a room at the other side would have been ok I would imagine
