Perched atop a small hill overlooking the Andaman Sea, just off the main road and a hop, skip and a jump from Kata Beach, this attractive, Thai-style hotel offers a wonderful family retreat to Phuket. This is the perfect spot for diving, snorkelling, and enjoying the sandy beach, and the surrounding area offers a variety of shops and restaurants in addition to a traditional Thai market. The hotel's spacious guest rooms are decorated with modern furnishings and traditional Thai accents, each with a private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens or the sea, as well as air-conditioning, satellite television, tea and coffee facilities, and Wi-Fi internet access. Guests can spend lazy afternoons lounging by the secluded, quiet pool with a swim-up bar, or splashing around with the kids in the free-form pool.

Very good stay, This is our 2nd time stay here but it feels the same as before, very good staffs specially reception name Kevin and Tang, for sure we will be back again in the future thanks team!
A Wonderful Stay with Amazing Staff 👏
We stayed at Chanalia Hotel for 6 weeks and had a wonderful experience. We were especially grateful to the Duty Manager Pattarawan Painujit "AM" who went above & beyond to help us whenever we extended our stay. She was always so helpful & accommodating for us to stay longer . We really appreciated her kindness & assistance.
We would also to recognise a few outstanding members of the breakfast team. Hotel Manager Nethichet Srilcanjanabhira jata "Alk" & staff attended Nanpasa Adsamart " New",. Their service was exceptional. They were always friendly, attentive & made our breakfast such a pleasure each morning. And a very special mention to a wonderful Pastry Chef Prayut Tonman "Yut." Who always went out of his way to greet us each day & had a lovely conversation. And of course his beautiful breads & pastries were absolutely delicious. Everything was made with such care & skills.
We also want to thank all the reception staff, porters & cleaners, who were always so friendly, welcoming & helpful. Nothing was to much troube , and they were always ready to assist us with a smile.
It is the wonderful staff who really make a hotel special, & Chanalia Hotel certainly has some amazing people. Thank you all for making our 6 weeks stay so enjoyable & memorable. We will definitely miss you all! Definitely will be coming back . Highly recommended 5 stars 🌟
My holiday after 9 months work non stop
Location bit far from Phuket town but all is reachable and efficient no traffic and very strategic. I love the atmosphere in this hotel, very convenient, warm, and good facilities Our room is deluxe and in 7th floor and facing the pool and we can see the ocean too from our room, amenities is good they change everyday, HK team very friendly and helpful Very good in value Overall hotel area and room is very clean, its just bit of smells inside bat room, its because no ventilation. But it not bothered us I haven’t heard any noises from our room And all the staff is very friendly and i love the breakfast menu There are some front dest crew that very helpful and friendly i remember their name as Tomilli,Tang,&Bang always great us when we are camming or leaving the hotel, giving us good recommendations of places here. Thanks all, i ll be back in the future holiday
Good experience
The staff in restaurant was awesome always friendly from morning to night especially the breakfast team with their manager. Surprised me on my birthday with a cake. Thank you so much. Only thing is the rooms took long to clean. The TV was also an issue but we were not in the room much.

Great location - amazing staff
We really enjoyed our stay at Chanalai Hillside Resort. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Nuch, who really looked after us during our stay. She was fantastic at arranging trips and helping with anything we needed, which made everything so easy.
The hotel is in a lovely, quiet location at one end of Karon Beach, away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy reach of everything. We found getting around very easy, with Bolt taxis being particularly cheap and convenient.
Breakfast was plentiful, with plenty of choice to set you up for the day. As the hotel was very quiet while we were there, the bar was hardly manned, so it lacked a little atmosphere — although this wasn’t really an issue for us.
The only real downside was the beds, which were rock hard! Thankfully, after busy days exploring and enjoying the area, we were usually tired enough that it didn’t affect our sleep too much.
Overall, a lovely peaceful stay with genuinely wonderful staff, especially Nuch. We’d happily return.
