Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort - Top-quality holiday experience
We were once again on holiday in Karon, Thailand this April and, as always, stayed at this fantastic and service-minded hotel. From start to finish everything works 100% perfectly—from the booking process with quick email responses, airport pick-up service to the amazing staff who make the holiday feel like home and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-quality holiday experience. The team from Denmark would like to thank you once again for a fantastic experience, and we will of course see you again next year. A special greeting to the bar staff—Te, Aung, Ae, and Thae from the pool bar—as well as Kwan in the restaurant. These individuals have become part of our extended Danish family. Five (six) stars from us.

One off the best hotels in karon beach
This is my first time staying at the best western phuket ocean resort ,i will recommend it to everybody. The moment you walk in you feel welcome , the staff is very nice , the rooms are clean .And they got a wonderfull restaurant with good fresh food ,you have a lot of options .the staff member john r. is a very kind man he helped me every time i visites the restaurant .i felt very welcome and Comfortable. Thnx for the hospitality see you next time

BW Karon, a must to stay at.
BW Karon is our place to stay at Karon. Affordable well run efficient hotel with friendly attentive staff, there is no better option. BW have also had a recent makeover with a new modern look and updated facilities with extra amenities but the friendly welcome is still the same, and that is what you remember most of all. Put all of this together with the joy of Karon Beach in Thailand and it’s a wonderful package. Great food services available like a wonderful daily breakfast, on site restaurant and some complimentary coffees etc in the reception all add to it. Lower level accommodation is available for elder folk, pools etc for family fun, BW must be so proud of this hotel and staff. It is exceptional at every level.

Allways best holiday here
We have a fantastic holiday again. Special thanks to Te, Aung, Ae and Thae in the pool bar and Kwan in the breakfast buffet, who make our holiday mutch better 😊 We come back next year for sure
