Best resort in Karon
We have been holidaying at the resort for many years because of your location and staff which are exceptional in ever way Breakfast room - all are fantastic chef ,cooks , catering personnel and would like to recognise Kwan ,Ying & June Pool bar staff -all excellent fantastic Our room girl which we have had for a few years and sorry I can’t remember her name but we don’t think we could get anyone better anywhere ( room 1618 ) Reception personnel- from greeting on arrival ,during our stay of 10 weeks to departing couldn’t speak more highly of them Lobby bar - fantastic service and Mr Maung is always professional and makes the best pina colada s If there is a down side it would be it the room s 1611 to 1616 need hand rails going up the stairs as we have notice people having trouble climbing up and coming down these steps and for older people steps into the pool would be of great help .
