We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it!
From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
The rooms were spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality food to suit every taste.
The pool area was beautiful and relaxing—the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well organized.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of outstanding service, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and great amenities made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

Sawadee ka... This amazing stay was an experience to remember! I was feeling so supremely sad to leave and will most definitely be on the wish list to return. The people of Thailand and all the staff of this luxury stay were so warm, welcoming, hospitable, friendly and A1 service everywhere. The swim up pool bar is stunning and the restaurants are all 5 star eating experiences. I cannot praise Avista more highly. Go !
Excellent service and high quality food
Staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from checkin to checkout, and assist us sending us to the airport. Especially the helpful and lovely staff, Merlyn. Thank you!! The most impressive part is their birthday surprise for me and my sister! We are sharing same birthday, they prepared 2 birthday cakes for us! And even prepare a birthday deco after the room cleaning. We’re very surprised and touched by their birthday decorations. Excellent service. We love their breakfast buffet too, High quality food. Highly recommended!

Outstanding Hospitality from Start to Finish
I traveled to Phuket on my own to celebrate my birthday and enjoy a peaceful vacation, and choosing this hotel turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Big Buddha and the sea. The design is elegant and stylish, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing - you instantly feel at home.
The food was outstanding. Every single meal was delicious, and the chefs truly deserve the highest praise for their work. The bar menu was equally impressive, with excellent cocktails and a great selection of drinks.
What makes this hotel truly exceptional, however, is the people. The staff make you feel genuinely special. Even though the hotel welcomes many guests, you always feel as if you are the only one there. Everyone remembers you, takes care of you, and makes every moment of your stay feel warm and personal.
I would especially like to thank Kirill, who was always ready to help with absolutely anything, and Sasi and Annie, who surrounded me with such genuine care. They even remembered where I liked to sit and how I liked my coffee - those little details made my stay unforgettable.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for families, business travelers, couples, and solo travelers alike. It is a place where you can truly relax and feel cared for.
