Great Trip
We were in Thailand with my family for 10 days vacation. Celebrating our anniversary. We spend 5 nights in Bangkok later.We planned to go to Phuket and stay at Avista Grande Karon Phuket. The location of the hotel is great. Opposite to the beach. Hotel itself is very beautifully designed nicely maintained.Great rooms and amazing view. Staff was so incrediblly helpful and all of them went out of the way to make our stay amazingly spent. There are many shops around the hotel at waking distance. They have very nice restaurants.Food is amazing. Mr. Vansh and his team really looked after us and we will definitely return back.
The wonderful hotel
I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
Thank you all for such an amazing experience. I look forward to coming back again in the future and will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends
Too good
It was truly one of the best decisions we made when we chose Avista grand for our stay at Phuket. Along with the most beautiful room and great service we came back with lovely memories we made not only while discovering Phuket but also while staying at this perfectly located place.
We reached early morning and were totally lucky to meet SID and CHEF SHISHIR who were very kind to help us with everything. Chef Shishir was absolutely adorable to my kids and he made sure we were very comfortable ..you all must must meet him.😊 For vegetarians also they had a great layout The hotel has mind blowing breakfast buffet ..hands down one of the best we’ve had. the food was delicious… We also met VANSH who was again extremely helpful to us.
Overall one of the best experiences we’ve had 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Can’t wait to go back 🫶🏻
One of the Best Hotel in Phuket
We stayed here for 2 nights with our 4-year-old daughter, and from the moment we checked in until we checked out, we truly felt at home.
The hospitality of every staff member was exceptional. Everyone greeted us with genuine smiles, and even the housekeeping team was warm, friendly, and approachable.
A special mention goes to the breakfast restaurant team. Every morning, they welcomed us warmly and constantly checked if we needed anything, whether it was coffee, masala tea, or anything else. Our heartfelt thanks to Chef Mr. Nair, who made both of our breakfast experiences so memorable. He even introduced us to their signature Chole Bhature, which was absolutely extraordinary. The breakfast spread itself offered an amazing variety of delicious choices. Mr. Nair and his team also took the time to chat with our 4-year-old daughter and offered her hot chocolate, which she happily accepted both mornings. Those little gestures made us feel genuinely cared for.
On Friday evening, we had dinner at Chard Grill, and it turned out to be another unforgettable experience. Ms. Blazey warmly welcomed us and thoughtfully arranged a table by the pool. During our conversation, I mentioned that we were visiting Phuket to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. A little later, Ms. Fa surprised us with a birthday cake, making the celebration incredibly personal and special.
We would also like to thank Mr. Guran and Ms. Jane, who looked after us throughout dinner. They didn’t simply serve our food and walk away—they stayed attentive, checked on us regularly, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. That level of genuine care and hospitality is something you rarely experience.
The hotel is also fantastic for families. It features a dedicated Kids Zone with a PlayStation, pool table, colouring and painting activities, and even a kids’ cooking set, which kept our daughter entertained.
Overall, our stay exceeded every expectation. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail from every member of the team made our holiday truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, this will be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Phuket again. Thank you to everyone for making our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We can’t wait to return!
