Tired and not clean
We fortunately only stayed here 3 nights of our 21 night stay across Thailand. This hotel is very dated our bathroom was awful. We went down for breakfast one morning and there was blood all over the cushions ! The only plus side I can give this hotel is its location to the beach! I wouldn't want to stay here again !

Not what we expected
Arrived late evening nothing available had to go out for something to eat, the bar has a choice of two bottled beers, Coke and Fanta. The hotel although clean is vary dated and is 'very tired really needs bringing into the 21st century. The small wooden bridge over the pool needs some attention as boards uneven and loose.Would we stay here again definitely not.
Andaman Seaview Hotel.
The hotel although a little dated has loads of charm and very spacious and comfortable. The pools a really warm and not too busy also plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Breakfast selection is plentiful and varied and woulf suit all tastes.The hotel is about 100 mtrs from Karon beach .We wanted to see other places in our area and Kata beach was just 200 baht on a tuk tuk . It was well worth the trip , an amazing sunset and great selection of restaurants. But for us although very active pensioners it was far too busy for us . Great place but Karon beach was more relaxed for us. Patong beach also nearby was although beautiful again was very busy.
Excellent staff and service
We enjoyed joyed our stay here, but the hotel is a little tired and could do with a refurbishment. The staff were fantastic and really couldn't do enough to help. The breakfasts were tasty and there was always a good supply of fruit, fruit juices, cooked items and an omelette station. The location is good and is about 100m from the impressive Karon Beach.

Tired in need of a bit of tlc
First thing you need to know on arrival you will be asked for 3000 bat deposit in cash, no card the hotel does not except card payments there is a cash machine in the lobby. Generally the hotel is pleasant, staff as all thai are very nice and willing to please. The pool areas are very nice but as with a lot of the hotel, a bit tired could do with a good clean, our room was clean spacious although the door to the balcony had a good 1/2 inch gap when closed, the massive let down was the shower, 1 second cold next red hot so the shower experience was horrendous. Breakfast buffet wide choice to suit all tastes. Beach is a 2 minute walk although the road across to the beach is quite busy, plenty of bars and restaurants within 5- 10 minutes, down load the grab app for cheap ride and with 10 minutes your at the hub lots of bars restaurant and live music, recommend the garage bar good band there.
