Amazing hotel and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and freshly made eggs were a nice bonus. The room was clean and comfortable, direct access to the pool was great 😍 I highly recommend!

What an amazing hotel! Peaceful, relaxing, stylish and so wonderfully run. The swim up rooms are lovely. Particularly in the Blue Wing. Here you have more convenient wide steps into the canal style pool. The green wing is not as easy to get into the pool. Here there are square blocks to get into pool. Not as easy for older visitors. This is about to change..The Green wing will undergo a big modernisation over summer 26. Updated rooms and better pool access. We switched from green to blue after a few days. This was easy and handled very well. Rooms, bathroom shower etc, all great. Breakfast is brilliant, egg station is a must. But, something for all tastes. Now the staff...!! Just super 👌 first class. Everyone is so friendly. RESORT. We found Karon good. But for a better, beach, bars, markets etc we preferred Kata. Just a couple of quid by taxi.
A lovely hotel
The room with the swim up pool in blue wing was amazing. Loved that the terrace was hardly in the sun(it was nice to have a rest from the sun). Easy access to pool via stairs. Shower powerful. Provided with shower gel and shampoo &conditioner and hand soap. Pool towels provided too. The sunbeds on the terrace were extra comfy. The bed is one of the hardest beds I have ever slept in. We did have a prob with the air con but it was rectified. Staff really friendly. Pool bar prices a bit pricy compared with outside restaurants. Lovely flowers and plants dotted around the resort.

Perfect stay
Our holiday to Thailand was cancelled with 6 days to go due to the original layover we had in the Middle East. I had to rebook the holiday there and then with no research on hotels that I would have normally have done as our original multi centre hotels were no longer available.
I was not sure what to expect however it was such a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay and were actually sad to leave to go to our next destination.
All rooms were swim up rooms and the little area outside the patio door was perfect to relax in especially when you are suffering from jet lag. The pool outside our room was a little lagoon type pool and felt so private and it was really quiet. There was a main pool as well with a swim up bar that had the best cocktails! It felt like a little paradise with the beautiful gardens. They even delivered room service on little boats.
We had breakfast each day which had a good choice and they cooked omelets, bacon and eggs to order. We didn’t have dinner here as there was a small buffet a couple of nights a week however we were not keen on what was on the menu. There a many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and 7 eleven was a 2 minute walk. There is a shuttle which will take you down to the beach twice a day and there are lots of restaurants etc there as well. The room service was very nice with generous portions.
The hotel was really clean and although seemed to be a bit of algae on the walls inside the pool, while we were there they were cleaning it off. We saw staff constantly cleaning and looking after the gardens. The rooms were large and comfortable and very clean.
The staff at this hotel were so lovely, helpful and friendly. A real credit to the hotel and we were always greeted with a smile and were always offering to help. Our flight arrived early in the morning so we arrived hours before official check in. All the staff did everything they could to get our room ready as early as possible which we were so grateful for after a very long flight.
We would love to come back to this hotel if we ever came back to Phuket. Absolutely fantastic stay. Thank you to all staff for making our first stay in Thailand so lovely.

Lovely hotel with friendly welcoming staff where nothing is too much trouble.
Great swim up rooms.
Lovely food from restaurant on site. Good choice of breakfasts but do not expect English fry ups. Can’t wait to go back.
