Nestled on the edge of cliff with sweeping views of the Andaman Sea, Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay is a 5-star resort with an outdoor swimming pool, sauna and an on-site restaurant. Families with children can enjoy afternoon at the Kid's Zone while adults can relax at the sauna. The 194 non-smoking guest rooms are well-appointed with modern amenities and comfort. They include a flat-screen TV, a minibar and an in-room safe. A bathtub or shower, along with free toiletries, can be found in the en suite bathrooms. Spacious suites with a private pool on the terrace are also available. A variety of cuisines, cocktails and other refreshments can be sampled at the restaurant and bar. Fresh coffee and refreshing drinks can be enjoyed at the cafe. The centre of Patong, which includes the famous nightlife on Bangla Road and the shopping paradise i s a 10-minute drive away.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Wyndham Grand Hotel for the wonderful experience and exceptional hospitality.
Everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming, and I truly appreciate the effort you all put into making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would especially like to give a very special thank you to Osama. He truly stands out as someone who cares about the guests, pays attention to every detail, and is always willing to help. His positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine concern make a real difference.
Osama is the kind of person who doesn’t simply do his job — he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. His presence adds real value to the hotel and raises the level of service. Employees like him are a true asset to Wyndham Grand Hotel, and I believe he deserves great recognition and appreciation for the effort and care he puts into his work.

Another holiday in paradise.
We've had another most enjoyable holiday at the Grand. It was wonderful to meet with many of the staff from our previous stay. They do a marvellous job in all regards - nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they seem to be passionate about their work. Congratulations to everyone on your passion and commitment. A first class experience! Thanks to Domenic, Van and Chef Micha and their departments, for their continued efforts in ensuring the Wyndham Grand remains a preferred choice for us.
Great views, poor soundproofing
The view is the reason to stay here. The hotel sits up on the hillside above Kalim Bay, and the Andaman Sea views from the property are easily its best feature. It is a quiet spot away from the crowds, with Patong about a 10-minute drive away when you want the action.
The one real letdown is the soundproofing. The room doors do not seal properly, so you hear everything from the corridor — even the footsteps of someone walking past to their own room. For a 5-star property that should not be happening, and it is the main reason this is a 4 and not a 5.
Also worth knowing before you book: there is no direct beach access. The hotel is on the cliff, so you will need transport to get down to the sand.
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, and the view alone makes it worth considering.

Great Hotel with Amazing Views
Great place with an amazing sea and Patong City view. Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Osama for his excellent hospitality and making sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommended!
