Service was lower than expected, unprofessional housekeeping, cars are always late to pick you up from the room, the cleanness of the room was not good, I prefer not to visit again. Location was ok. Atmosphere was moderate. Room is good but not clean and full of bugs. Value to this service was not acceptable. The room noise level was unbearable and bad noice cancelation. The water in bathroom is bad. The pool is full of bugs and even we saw a spider enjoying the pool with us. The only thing I liked was the view. Beautiful sea view.

Stunning Pool Villa
Hotel is between kamala beach and Patong Beach. It takes 5 minutes to Patong Beach by car. The hotel atmosphere is good. The hotel is on the hills. Booked a pool villa. The room is stunning. The room was clean. There was a expresso machine in the room. Overall nice cozy silence stay. Good for couples for honeymoon.

It was definitely a great experience for both of us! Every staff member we encountered delivered top-notch service, literally everyone was genuinely warm and welcoming throughout our stay.
One of the hotel drivers, Mr. Kimchi, truly made a lasting impression on us. I didn't get a chance to see him again after he dropped us off, but please extend our sincere regards and commendation to him in particular.
Beyond the amazing hospitality, our room was spotless and clean, and the overall resort facilities were great. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast food every morning. Getting around the property was seamless thanks to their nice and prompt shuttle drivers who transfer you within the resort. Plus, if you wish to explore outside the resort, they offer a convenient transfer service but only available for scheduling with a bit of additional fee.)
We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!
