Our stay at The Bell Pool Villa Resort Phuket was truly incredible. The villa itself felt like a private oasis—peaceful, secluded, and beautifully designed. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the staff decorated the room so beautifully for us. It made the entire experience feel really special and memorable.
The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive. At one point we had a hot water issue, and they responded right away. They even asked what timing would work best for us to come and fix it, which I really appreciated.
Room service had some real highlights. The pancakes and mango sticky rice were absolutely delicious and quickly became our favorite treats during the stay.
Breakfast was okay overall, but the standout items were definitely the room service desserts.
The only small thing I didn’t personally love was that the water bottles in the villa were glass bottles that are refilled with resealable tops. It’s eco-friendly, but I personally prefer sealed bottles for peace of mind.
Aside from that, this was one of the best villa experiences we’ve had. The privacy, atmosphere, and attentive service made it a truly relaxing stay. I would absolutely recommend The Bell Phuket for anyone looking for a beautiful and intimate villa experience.

Perfect location. Close to the beach and all other vicinity areas. Very good ambience and atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Very spacious and well structured and design villas and all rooms. We booked a 2BHK and it was amazing We booked the same property last year as well and the price was value the money last year this year it was at a higher end and therefore we stayed only 3 nights as compared to 7 nights last year Cleanliness and hygiene are 5 star. Staff is very helpful, thoughtful and courteous Very calm and serene property. No noise Amenities are all available The only thing that can be improved is the food. The food options are extremely limited and very difficult for vegetarians. Though the chef was accomodating but the food taste and options can be improved
