Amazing family Resort
Great family resort, great food, great staff

Wonderful
We booked a last minute 10 day trip to Phuket and stayed at Radisson. The staff were all wonderful, always smiling and helpful, the pool provided endless fun for the kids and the breakfast buffet was extensive with delicious fresh food and omelette on order. The cleaning staff were amazing too as were the fun entertainment staff with their foam parties in the pool 🤩 thank you so much for a holiday we will never forget.
Great family vibe with lovely staff
The pool is amazing. Food was delicious. It was a very lovely resort and the staff were the best. It was very easy to go to places outside ofthe resort because they would book you cars and travel advisor was there that had every brochure. And the rooms were beautiful the view incredible it was very clean. The noise was at a perfect level and the location was just near the beach. It was perfect and great value.
Not 5 Star as advertised
I just want to share my experience as my daughter did a lot of research for a 5 star resort which this resort definitely is not. Breakfast was in an open area and very hot, the fans were not enough to keep cool. It was supposed to have pork bacon and they would not make us any. The pastries were soggy. The only thing I liked was the pool temperature. We had issues with our room from the beginning which they should have checked before we checked in. I hope this helps others.
Outdated Room, Broken Door, and Not Worth the Price
Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was old and looked nothing like the pictures. The door was broken, and the entire room felt worn out and poorly maintained. I booked a suite expecting a comfortable stay, but it only had one bathroom, which was very inconvenient. The floor looked old, damaged, and dirty, making the room feel even less appealing. Overall, the room was small, outdated, and not worth the price. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
