Great vibe
For the price you pay this is a great hotel to stay in . Fantastic location, good pool and easy beach access plenty of chairs . Great bed and shower . We had dinner 3 nights in a row and every night was good. Patty and Skye at breakfast are such friendly , helpful , welcoming girls that make sure you have everything you need . Tangmoo was also fantastic . A nice easy vibe at this hotel with wonderful staff . We loved it here

First Novotel experience
Check in: No upgrade available, however: 2x complimentary drink vouchers & 3PM late check out offered. Thank you K.Pop for your calm service! - Definitely acknowledged my Accor loyalty. Room:
- Comfy bed , welcome amenity sweet & fruity.
-Slippers were paper thin -Odour from bathroom stayed in the room and with the mosquitoes in Phuket, it was difficult to air the room using the balcony door.
- There is a hand and rain shower,
When the rain shower turned on, it automatically shut off (the switch changed to hand mode).
- Water seeped into the bathroom outside the shower area.
Property:
- Direct access to beach (No swimming allowed, as the waves are crazy)
- Great location in Kamala.
- Close to cafe del mar & Phuket smart bus stop.
Dining:
- Enjoyed the butter chicken 3 times, the 3rd time however - it wasn’t as good in quality. 3/5.
- K.Top was always quick, attentive during conversations & requests
- Breakfast had a reasonable spread, I feel the fruits may have been refrigerated and served a second session (watermelon especially)

Super Front office team!
This is my second time of staying here. First time I got impressed by Khun Fah at the front from her professionalism and this time staying for 4 rooms for a night. The front office team always extends a warm welcome, specially shout out to Khun Dee, Khun Pop, Mr. Deepu and Mr. Jerey for looking us after intentionally. Coming here never disappoints me, room is spotless, view is amazing as usual. Thanks much Novotel Kamala team.

Great Beachfront Hotel
We experienced a minor hiccup during check-in. However, kudos to Katie and the hotel manager for ensuring that we had a good stay at hotel. And indeed, we had a great 4D3N stay at the hotel! We have visited Phuket about 8 or 9 times and have probably stayed in 15 different hotels in Kata, Karon, Patong, Panwa, Bang Tao and Mai Khao. We would consider our stay at Novotel Kamala as one of our best experiences in Phuket.
We stayed in an Ocean Villa and would highly recommend it. The room was just just a few steps from the sand and it also afforded a lot of privacy. The room was clean and fairly spacious. The highlight was the Jacuzzi bathtub with views of the beach!
Breakfast at the hotel was good. We also had a lunch and dinner, and we enjoyed both meals.
