⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable stay – truly beyond our expectations.
Our stay at InterContinental Phuket Resort was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and outstanding hospitality. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly makes this place exceptional is its people.
We would especially like to thank Mr.Zeus at the Reception for taking such wonderful care of us throughout our entire stay.
From our arrival until the day we checked out, he consistently greeted us with a warm smile, remembered us every time we walked through the lobby, and always took the time to ask if everything was going well or if we needed anything. Those thoughtful little moments made us feel truly valued as guests.
Every member of the team—from Reception and Concierge to Housekeeping and the restaurant staff—was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional service.
Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of delicious options, while the swimming pools, private beach, and peaceful atmosphere made every moment of our vacation relaxing and unforgettable.
