If money buys heaven on Earth, this is it
I wish I had it in me to remember every single person's name of this hotel. We wanted to treat ourselves for our 10 year wedding anniversary and be able to take the children with us so we booked a 2 bedroom villa at this magnificent hotel. Sun our butler but nothing short of amazing. Anything and I mean anything we needed was just a WhatsApp message away Ann, Min and other ladies at Planet Trekkers kids club were incredible. Buggy drivers, concierge, restaurant staff, Sati Spa, housekeeping made the whole experience and beautiful and emotional one. We also had our anniversary dinner at Hom restaurant, a once in a lifetime experience. It was bittersweet to leave a place that did not feel real. Money cant buy you happiness all time, but it can certainly give you the opportunity to see the world from different angles. Highly recommend. Thank you intercontinental!

A Memorable Birthday Weekend at InterContinental Phuket
We had such a lovely birthday weekend at InterContinental Phuket! The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. During check-in, I was warmly recognised as an IHG Gold member and we were also given a room upgrade. Entered the room, there were a lovely welcome note and cake waiting for me, along with a towel cake with flowers decorated — such a cute and thoughtful surprise! 🎂 And on my actual birthday, I received another cake, so two cakes in one stay!
We absolutely loved Pine Restaurant and ended up going there every day. The food was consistently delicious, and the staff were so friendly, attentive, and helpful. The service was excellent every time. And of course, the fire show never disappoints! 🔥
Room service and breakfast were also great. Food quality here is excellent.
The main pool by the beach was under emergency maintenance during our stay, but the hotel kindly allowed us to use the Club Pool instead, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very well looked after. Thank you to the whole team for making my birthday weekend so memorable. We’d definitely come back!
Excellent service
The service was excellent, whether it was the concierge 、front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff, or the pool and restaurant service . Thanks for the service of front desk franky,he is professional. But the towel had a hole, and the lack of a trash can in the room was inconvenient. The space felt relatively small for family.
Wonderful Service, Stunning Beach, and Michelin-Quality Dining!
My friend and I recently stayed at the InterContinental Phuket Resort, and we had an absolutely amazing time. We are already planning our return trip!
The staff here are just wonderful. Their exceptional hospitality truly stood out, especially the teams working during breakfast and down at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is absolute perfection. It is incredibly cool and beautifully situated in the shade, making it the perfect spot to relax comfortably all day.
Another major highlight was the dining. The onsite restaurants have a distinct luxury feel, offering Michelin-quality food and presentation that made every meal a memorable experience.
We only have a couple of minor pieces of constructive feedback. First, the coffee machines in the hotel seemed a bit difficult to operate, and we noticed there were no matcha options available anywhere on the property. Second, the fitness classes were completely overbooked during our stay, so it was hard to get a spot.
Despite those small hiccups, the wonderful service, beautiful beach, and incredible food mean we will definitely come back!
