Intercontinental Phuket the top tier on the island
Wonderful resort in Phuket, recommend the lagoon villa, the best room type in the resort. Nice staff and good restaurant. Thanks to Mac in club lounge, he is very kind and professional, helped us to arrange the activities in Phuket and within the resort, made us a good experience in holiday.
Top-notch dining experience
The whole experience has been phenomenal, from the customer service at check in to the quality of the pool access room we stayed in. But of particular note was the fantastic dinner we had at Pinto restaurant - the food was excellent and the staff were amazing. Particular shout outs are in order for the service staff Yod, Bee, Q, Mes, Dai and Ya, and kitchen staff Max, Nee, Ja-ae and Haly!
Nods also in order for Khun Phet and staff at the Sipping Tiger bar. Equally amazing!
The best IHG resort in Kamala beach
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional especially Mr. Pun , He making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing stay.

Expectional in every way possible
An exceptional experience
An exceptional experience. Staff and their service were outstanding. The cruiser and chef were also fantastic. Luxurious rooms, beautiful food and fun activities, that were well catered for. The staff, Laila, Puiiz, John and Captain Chan created and maintained an experience that was unforgettable. I highly recommend the staff and experience. Thank you!
