A special thanks to Tan
We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel! A very special thanks to Tan at the front desk. His Chinese is remarkably fluent, which made communication completely effortless for us. Tan was exceptionally warm, patient, and attentive throughout our stay, always going out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. His outstanding service made us feel truly welcomed. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

The jellyfish feeding
The jellyfish feeding demo was absolute perfection! The staff member was so knowledgeable and brought the whole process to life. Our family was very happy.
