Kids friendly resort with excellent services
Excellent hotel for kids and family stay. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the kids club / marine center. The staffs are super helpful and willing to go the extra miles ensuring the comfort of the guests.
I would like to thank the staffs at Kids Club - Bow, Eiw, Disney and Nadia for extending their highest level of services to the guests. Also my gratitude to the front desk staffs - Erin / Kwan/ Ting Nung/Jie Jie for their helpfullness and assitance.
Also, worth mentioning the "towel" art by the housekeeping was cute. Very creative in deed as they changed the design daily! Excellent job by Kad and Tang.

A beautiful resort on a hill
I reunited with four other girlfriends at this resort. The resort is clean, modern and comfortable with luxurious amenities. The staff here is unbelievably wonderful. Guest Services Manager Erin is very friendly and was very helpful when I asked her for recommendations. Guest relations person ( Knoc) went out of his way to make sure we got everything we need for a photo shoot we had scheduled with girlfriends. Thank you Knoc and Erin!!! The nearby small town is Kamala beach which is 10 mins from the resort and the big shopping mall is 50 mins away by car. You can download Bolt since there is no Uber in the area. Their Spa services are amazing and breakfast is exceptional with variety of different cuisines and fresh fruit to croissants. I highly recommend this fabulous Hyatt resort in Phuket.

A beautiful resort on a Hill
I reunited at this hotel with four other girlfriends. We got a two bedroom suite and an adjoining room with twin beds. All of the rooms were facing lush green foliage and had balconies. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The ocean was across a small street opposite to hotel. Kamala beach was 10 mins by car from the resort, where there were small restaurants and local shops. The big shopping mall was 50 mins away. You can download the Bolt app and get around the town easily. They do not have Uber. The Guest Services Manager, Erin, and her staff( Knoc) welcomed us and treated us so well. Everyone in this resort has been wonderful -from valet to housekeeping and in-between. They have an amazing morning breakfast (buffet style) with fresh fruit croissants and a diverse international cuisine. They provide transport within the resort via a golf cart bc it is difficult to walk in the hot sun. They come quick once you request one. I loved the resort, their staff and the Spa. Highly recommended this resort

A Truly Wonderful Wedding Experience at Hyatt Phuket
I had my wedding here, and I’m truly, truly grateful to the entire team at Hyatt Phuket. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the service.
Mai was incredibly helpful and attentive from the very beginning. She explained everything to us in great detail and was always willing to adjust the arrangements according to our needs. Later on, Benz took over and carefully confirmed all the details with us, making sure everything was well prepared.
The entire planning process was so smooth and professional, and on the wedding day, everything went perfectly. Our photographer was also incredibly hardworking and did an amazing job capturing so many beautiful moments for us.
What impressed us most was how professional, friendly, and warm everyone was. The whole team always greeted us and our family with genuine smiles and made us feel so well taken care of.
Thank you so much to everyone at Hyatt Phuket for making our wedding so special and unforgettable. I will cherish the beautiful memories we made here for the rest of my life. ❤️
