Beautiful looking over the beach suite. Perfect for me and my family. The service for excellent 👌. This was our second time staying at this hotel and will continue going every year.

Hyatt regency
Great resort whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family. Friendly, attentive staff who go above and beyond everyday no matter the time of day or night. Awesome breakfast buffet with good options of different cuisines.
And a little shout out to Lee for always being so friendly when we arrive at breakfast! :)

It was a 10/10 experience, with breathtaking views, exceptional services and private pools. thank you for making my 30th extra special.
Not WOH quality at all
To be honest, we considered not raising any of this at all, given how our feedback was received while we were on-site; it didn't feel like escalating in the moment would have made a difference. Even now, after the fact, we find ourselves seriously considering planning an entirely separate holiday to make up for what should have been an excellent stay here in the first place. On the whole, the hotel fell short across every aspect of the experience.
