5 star experience—would give it 6 if I could
We had a really nice family holiday at Andara. The service was excellent—all the staff we met were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort was always clean and well looked after, and the views are beautiful.
If you're there on a Friday, the traditional Thai dance performance is worth watching at their restaurant. The location was made very convenient by the hotel’s shuttle bus, which easily connects you to Kamala Beach and the nearby food street. We would definitely stay here again!.
Best place in Phuket
The best place to stay in Phuket the service is not 5 star it’s 6star and the view is amazing cleanliness comfortable worth the money

Wonderful hotel in great location. Staff are fantastic, amazing rooms, facilities, restaurant and swimming pool.
the best 3 bedroom suit
we stayed in the 3 bedroom suit with pool , and one of the best resorts to stay , the lounge area is super big and the view from our suit was beautiful the suit is equipped with everything that 1 can need for a holiday
the service at the resort is top class , and everyone from the time we checked in till check out was super smooth , and everybody was very sweet and smiling at all time and always eager to help
the breakfast and the food and drinks also are really good
overall one of the best holidays we had thanks to the andhra staff which made it super comfortable special mention to mr Wut - front desk manager who helped us for the airport transfers timmy and ying at the silk restaurant - titan at the concierge and lin and bee

Exceptional family stay with amazing views and wonderful service
We had a fantastic stay at Andara Resort & Villas and would happily rate it 10/10. We stayed in a three-bedroom Terrace Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our family. Although we did not receive an upgrade because the hotel was fully booked, the suite and overall experience were excellent.
The views over Kamala Beach and the surrounding mountains were truly beautiful, and the location was perfect. The complimentary shuttle service around Kamala was especially convenient and made getting around very easy.
The service was a major highlight. Abu Bakr and Chai were both wonderful—warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. The Kids Club staff also deserve special recognition. There were plenty of activities for the children, and the thoughtful farewell card with photos from their activities was a lovely personal touch that the kids really appreciated.
Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and a relaxed setting. The only minor disappointment was that housekeeping did not arrive on one of the days, for reasons we were not aware of. However, this did not take away from what was otherwise a memorable and high-quality stay.
We would highly recommend Andara for families, groups, and luxury travellers looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming stay in Kamala.
