A Truly Memorable Stay at SAii
As a frequent traveler who has stayed at many hotels and resorts around the world, I have experienced many different levels of hospitality. My stay at SAii was one of those experiences that genuinely stood out.
From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. I called to make my reservation and mentioned that I was coming to celebrate my birthday, with a request for a beautiful room. The team was extremely helpful and attentive from the moment of booking.
Upon arrival at around 4:00 PM, I was impressed by the hotel’s lush and peaceful surroundings. The bell team warmly welcomed us, assisted with our luggage, and the spacious parking area was very convenient. Check-in was quick and seamless, with a refreshing guava welcome drink and a cold towel.
The front office team was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A team member personally escorted us to our room while introducing the hotel’s facilities and restaurants along the way. This thoughtful attention to detail made a wonderful first impression.
Then came the highlight — Room 105.
The room was beautifully prepared, with flowers arranged on the bed to create a special welcome and Happy Birthday message. There was also a birthday cake and cookies waiting for us. The cake and cookies were delicious, and the entire surprise felt very personal and thoughtful. ❤️
The resort itself is beautiful. The spacious swimming pool, pool bar, seaside atmosphere, The Club Lounge, and Spa provide everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to experience the Spa during this short stay — perhaps the perfect reason to return!
The boat experience was another highlight. Exploring the beautiful lagoon around Laguna was peaceful and memorable, and the scenery was simply stunning.

After staying at many properties, I truly believe that what makes a hotel exceptional is not only its design or facilities, but the people, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail.
SAii delivered all three.
