We had a wonderful family holiday at SAii Laguna Phuket! Everything was absolutely amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The service was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. We felt very welcome throughout our entire stay.
The rooms, facilities, atmosphere, and overall level of hospitality exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Phuket!
Staff are lovely
Gade and Toon are both incredibly friendly and approachable. They were always happy to help with anything I needed and made me feel very welcome. They also gave excellent recommendations for activities around the hotel, as well as nearby attractions and places to visit, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated their kindness and helpfulness.
