The Best resort in Phuket in my opinion. The location is perfect. Not too close to the busy Patong. Stunning beach front resort. Nice pool area. Close to all shops at Laguna. The staff here are so thoughtful and helpful. Thanks to Tiffy for making our stay perfect and special once again. You always go above and beyond. The food at the resort is some of the best you will find in Phuket. Many restaurants and bars. The stand out is the Italian restaurant. We eat there nearly every night. The Italian Chef is 1st class. So , thank you Chef Massimiliano , your food you cooked for us was magnificent as usual.You cooked the best fine dining dishes from your heart. It was all special. This resort is a must stay if visiting Phuket .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, the breakfast was excellent, and all staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I would especially like to mention Khun Sirinart, who provided exceptional service. She was attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. What stood out most was how she remembered returning guests and made everyone feel comfortable and valued. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference to the overall experience.

Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket is a beautiful beachfront resort located within the exclusive Laguna Phuket complex, home to luxury resorts, villas, restaurants, shopping areas, and direct beach access. The property is lush, serene, and has its own private beach, with rooms overlooking either the lagoon or the Andaman Sea. I was fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a corner ocean-view room during the off-season, which came with a much larger balcony and stunning sea views. While the rooms are tastefully designed, they are on the smaller side compared to many luxury resorts. The traditional Thai-inspired interiors throughout the property are elegant and highly Instagram-worthy. The resort has four restaurants, with Casuarina offering beautiful beachfront dining. However, vegetarian options—especially Indian dishes—are limited, including at breakfast. A few aspects could be improved. The restaurant service was polite but lacked the warmth and attentiveness expected from a five-star resort. The breakfast spread was decent but not very extensive for vegetarians. Another surprise was being charged 120 THB for bottled drinking water while dining at one of the restaurants. Hot water in the room also took a little time to heat up. The location is perfect if your goal is to relax by the beach. However, attractions like Patong Beach and Phuket Old Town are about 30–40 minutes away by car. Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are the nearest places for shopping and dining, and there's a convenient Tops Daily store right outside the resort for snacks, essentials, and beverages. Overall: If you're looking for a peaceful beachfront holiday with a private beach, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds, Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket is an excellent choice. Just carry your own drinking water if you plan to dine at the resort's restaurants.
