Very good hotel and staff
We had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Krabi. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and always made us feel welcome.
A special thank you to the breakfast team, especially K. Hah and K. Sied, for their exceptional service, warm smiles, and genuine hospitality every morning. They truly made our breakfasts enjoyable and memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!
More Than Just Beautiful Rooms: Outstanding Service Made Our Stay Truly Memorable
Beyond the beautifully renovated rooms, what impressed us the most during our family vacation was the outstanding service from the staff. Our daughters especially loved the Kids Club. A big thank you to Fah, Poly, Yaya, and Jay, who were always encouraging the children to join fun activities and games. Even our younger daughter, who is quite an introvert, quickly felt comfortable and genuinely enjoyed spending time with every one of them.
The resort also offers plenty of sports and recreational activities for both children and adults. Besides the two large swimming pools, there are rock climbing, badminton, table tennis, and many other activities to keep the kids entertained. Adults will also appreciate the well-equipped fitness center, which stays open until late, with attentive staff always available to assist.
Our family also had a wonderful experience at Limoncello, the Italian restaurant. The food was delicious, and despite arriving quite late when the kids were already getting sleepy, the staff took exceptional care of us. They brought coloring sheets to keep the children entertained, offered extra cheese to enjoy with the bread, and chatted warmly with our family until closing time. Those thoughtful little touches made our evening truly memorable.
Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort is a perfect destination for families with young children. It's a place where you can escape the busy city, relax, and enjoy a full day of activities without ever needing to leave the resort.

Nice Hotel
Loved the vibe at Breeze Pool and Bar The atmosphere was great and the drinks were so good. Big thanks to K.Por for taking such good care of us. Excellent service And we also visited Koh Hong, which was very beautiful.

We spend 5 day at Dusit thani krabi good value for money the room is very cleanness. Breakfast it was great. All staff is friendly and polite especially breeze pool team. K.sompong k.por k.lee k.add k.alan so very lovely and crazy guy We has to planing come back again on next year. Because all people feel look like a family of us.
Exceptional Hospitality and an Unforgettable Family Stay
We stayed at Dusit Thani Krabi as a family of five – two adults, two teenagers, and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter – and we had a wonderful experience.
First of all, we would like to thank the entire hotel team. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The service throughout our stay was truly exceptional.
A very special thank you goes to Fafh from the Kids Club. She is absolutely amazing! She is warm, caring, patient, and wonderful with children. Our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Ela, completely fell in love with her and looked forward to seeing her every day. Fafh has a true gift for working with children, and she made our family vacation so much more enjoyable.
We would also like to thank Noop, who was incredibly kind and professional. He answered all of my questions with patience, kindness, and a genuine smile. His willingness to help made us feel truly welcomed and well cared for.
The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, with a wonderful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment.
