service & seaview was good.
flat pillow. too soft.too hard. Room stinks. Leather slipper was sticky. toilet bowl choke. Air con was noisy . room feels old and worn out especially the wood part. Would love to be back. Please resolve all issues after the renovation. I will be back!!!
Superb location
I stayed at Beyond Resort Krabi for 14 days and was overall pleased with the experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and direct beach access—perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The staff delivered impeccable service throughout the stay, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The spa was a highlight, offering professional treatments in a calm and soothing environment.
The outdoor areas, including the pool and garden, were well-maintained and added to the resort’s relaxing atmosphere.
However, the breakfast was disappointing. It lacked variety, often included leftovers from the night before, and the portions—especially the bacon—were minimal and inconsistently served. The restaurant in general did not live up to the standard of the rest of the resort.
Despite the issues with the food, the overall experience was positive thanks to the location, service, and facilities. With some improvements to the dining experience, this resort could easily be top-tier.
Nice Hotel in a quiet location, just missing a vibe.
Nice hotel in a quiet location and a lovely setting. However, I didn’t get a sense of going the hotel going above and beyond for the guests. A mix up with the room booking where 3 of us (including my 10 year nephew where we were all expected to share 1 double bed despite booking and asking for 3 beds. The hotel wanted to charge an additional fee, and then told us to speak to our agent which we did and they rectified for us with no additional cost. Breakfast was just ok, plenty of options but the breakfast chef was quite miserable and half cooked my omelette, so never used again, not sure this resort is particularly designed for kids in mind it’s missing a certain vibe I felt, not really very welcoming. That said the gentleman on the entrance who helped with the bags and taxis along with the gentleman who was assisted the with tours were very friendly and extremely helpful. If your lucky you might also get a visit from the monkeys too!

Tranquil and beautiful
I had a lovely stay here for 4d3n. The rooms overlooked the sea and at night even with the doors closed, you can still hear the sound of waves. Very therapeutic. Rooms were clean, they even provide slippers to the beach. The resort has a “private” beach. Breakfast spread was a little disappointing. The massage therapist was just alright too. But otherwise, staff are friendly and everything’s comfortable! Location wise, about 15mins drive away from Ao Nang where the hustle and bustle are. But if you are looking for something serene, this is the place for you.

Wonderful Stay - Beyond Krabi
We had a wonderful stay here, our villa was lovely and spacious! Great location with nearby shops, laundry services, bars and restaurants along the beach front, easy to get taxis to other areas/ nightlife. The hotel do have a lot of weddings so will Close the restaurant in the evening, which didn’t bother us as we rather go out but wasn’t great to close it all. Please book the long tail boat via the men on the beach, they are so friendly and helpful, we had a fabulous island hopping tour with one. Breakfast was plentiful and wide variety of options.
