Stay is good, the only thing is vanity sink should have been inside the washroom , not in the room , apart from that stay is amazing, would love to visit back

The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Overall, it offers great value for money and stays within budget.
Honeymoon trip
Mr. Tar was very helpful with our checking out process and everyone else was so friendly. They even gave us a gift as this was our honeymoon trip❤️

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The check in and check out process was smooth. The resort is beautiful and comfortable. Will come back in the future
Best hotel in Krabi
On checking in the hotel,bellboy and the receptionist stuff are very helpful patient and friendly. Receptionist had the top service. The staff are well-trained and speak English. The hotel room are clean. Overall the whole area of the hotel is nice. Felt very welcome. Easy to access all those working area around the hotel. Will back to the hotel again except the restaurant ( Breakfast) staff are not friendly specially one of the lady waitress with a bun on her head. The incident happen on the 15/6. My wife was taking coffee at the coffee machine around 9:45am, she told my wife the buffet breakfast is at 10: 00am and the coffee machine is washing at the moment. I feel very sad for the staff attitude. Everyone in hotel was so friendly patient and helpful except this staf in the restaurant. Please give some training to the staff involved. She showing an unhappiness face to the hotel guest.
