Beautiful and relaxing with excellent food and service
Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms. All staff are welcoming and helpful and go out of their way to take care of guests. The restaurants and food are excellent with a varied selection. Transportation to and from the resort is well organised and prompt. One of the nicest resorts we have stayed out and will hopefully return soon.

Another level of luxury
This experience was on another level. We stayed 2 n8gh5s as part of a 3 week family holiday around Thailand and it was just the best, perfect and pure luxury.
The best experience
We unfortunately don’t remember everyone’s names, but every member of the team was truly exceptional.
The staff at breakfast always seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. One morning, when I was struggling with some very spicy food, a staff member kindly brought me some watermelon without me asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the level of customer service was outstanding.
The team at both check-in and check-out was also incredibly professional, efficient, and welcoming. Every interaction made us feel genuinely cared for.
One of the most touching moments was when the staff came to see us off as we left for the airport. Their kindness and warmth made saying goodbye surprisingly emotional—I had to hold back tears. Throughout our stay, everyone made us feel so welcome that Rayavadee truly felt like a home away from home.
After leaving, we continued our trip to Bangkok, but every single day we found ourselves talking about how incredible our experience at Rayavadee had been. It wasn’t just the breathtaking property; it was the people who made our stay unforgettable. We are already hoping we can return again very soon.

We’ve stayed in a number of beautiful places all around the world and this ranks as one of the very best. Great food, great staff, great facilities in a world class location. Doesn’t get much better than this!
