Excellent hotel
We had a wonderful stay in Panan Krabi Resort. Excellent service from the all the hotel staffs. When they found out that our check-in day was my wife's birthday, they took the trouble to make some decorations on the bed, and also sent a birthday cake to our room. It's really very thoughtful of them and we're appreciated it very much. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable.
Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again if we are visiting Krabi in the future

The location is a very good location, near the beach. Our rooms were very nice and comfortable, the service of the hotel was excellent! We definitely recommend for any other people to visit and stay at the Panan !❤️

Very disappointing honeymoon experience – Poor cleanliness and service
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially because this was supposed to be our honeymoon. The room was not clean, and there was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The faucet was rusty and clearly needed maintenance.
The worst part was the amount of insects in the room. There were mosquitoes and other bugs everywhere, even inside the bed, which made it extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.
We informed the hotel about these issues, but unfortunately, our concerns were not taken seriously and nothing was properly addressed. We were also disappointed that despite knowing we were on our honeymoon, the hotel did not make any effort to prepare or decorate the room for us.
On top of that, most of the staff were not welcoming or friendly, and some spoke to us in a way that did not feel polite or professional.
We expected a much better experience for such an important occasion. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall service made our honeymoon stay very disappointing.
