Panan hotel krabi
Just had six days here, loved it. We upgraded to a room with private pool. Well worth it. Bed was huge and really comfortable. Main pool with swim up bar was nice, part of the pool bar did become very slippery when wet. The roof top bar could have done with a few sun shades as no shade available. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a private tour through the hotel, admittedly it was a little bit more expensive than booking through one of the many out side places . Our guide provided by the hotel was called sun We did four islands trip, very happy with whole experience

Very good stay.
Stayed at Panan for 4 nights. The check inn was quick and smooth. Got our room with the wire pool. Big and nice room. The aircon was working fine, there are a fan over the bed, how is a nice touch, and give a slight breeze, perfect. The bathroom is big, with aircon. Big shower, good mirrors, and a big wire pole. The water is warm and has good pressure. The bed i very big. There are flip flops and a umbrella, and a good sized locker. You can borrow a umbrella mire in the reception if needed. The facilities. The pool on the top off the building is nice, and have a bar. There are a beautiful view, but no shade, only from the parasol, but if it is windy they can not bee put to use. The pool in the ground level is big and have a lot off possibility for shade under the trees. There are a big bar and the possibility to order food. The price at the hotel , bar and restaurant are very reasonably, almost to the low side. Breakfast. It is big and have many many choices, both thai and western food, warm and cold, fruit, eggs in many variations, noodles, even a gluten free selection. The restaurant. We had the BQ buffet Friday evening, it was good a big variation and delicious, the price was 590 baht, which was very cheap. All i all i can only give my best recommendation to stay at Panan, and will also do it myself when I come to Krabi again. I only have one small thing I did not like. The pools are cold 🥶. When you are in it it is nice to bee cooldown, but for me it to some time to come in.

A very special thank you to New for his outstanding service. He is always kind, welcoming, professional, and attentive. Every interaction with him was pleasant, and he truly made me feel valued as a guest. I would also like to give my deepest thanks to Sonia, the restaurant manager. She went above and beyond to take care of my special dietary needs. She made sure I always had suitable food, paid attention to every detail, and did everything with genuine care, professionalism, and a warm smile. Her dedication made a huge difference to my stay. The exceptional service from both New and Sonia made my vacation even more enjoyable. They are a true credit to the hotel, and I hope their hard work and commitment are recognized. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. The entire stay was very enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning in the future!
