French speaking guests threw a baby in a diaper in the pool ..witnessed on ..Monday 27 .05.2026 ..11.00..hope the diaper wasn't full of S##T...disgusting
Excellent location and eco approach. Breakfast was very good, an excellent selection of foods available. Huge thanks to breakfast staff, in particular to Shine & Lucio, for their personal and professional service, help and kindness during our stay. Exceptional. Thank you.
We had a lovely week at this resort. They were kind enough to give us a room that didn’t require any steps due to an injury to one of our party. The room was lovely and cleaned every day. We were very happy with it. The pool is a roof top pool which is very nice but has a few flights of stairs to get up to which can be a bit hard. The breakfast each day was really good, lots of choice and very fresh. The breakfast staff were the best in all areas of the hotel and we would like to recommend Shine. He spoke to us and helped us every day that we were there and we really appreciated him. He is a young man with a big future. Also Locho was very helpful too. We had a few lunches in the restaurant and the two French girls Manon and Eloise were a delight to deal with. The food was lovely too. The only criticism we had of this hotel was actually the front desk staff. Their lack of understanding and English is not very good at all so probably not the best thing to put them on the front desk. They were quite unhelpful a number of times. The position of the hotel is ideal. It was so quiet in our room. We couldn’t hear any noise from the streets at all and you just go around the corner and you’re right in the middle of everything with nice restaurants and bars. We had some great Thai meals. If you really need to watch any sports there is a small pub to the right of the hotel Risky Business. One of our favourite restaurants was the Hilltop. They will come and pick you up and the view is spectacular. The food, ambience and staff were great.
The location was fantastic and despite some extensive renovations going on you hardly noticed them. Perfect place to head off on day trips to explore the islands and an easy walk to Krabi's restaurants and bars. Breakfast was delicious and made all the better by the attentive, kind, thoughtful staff. A big shout out to Lucho and Shine who went above and beyond, they were the perfect hosts.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, while the facilities exceeded my expectations.
A special thank you to New and Hakim, who made my stay truly memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything I needed made a huge difference. They were always welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.
The entire staff provided excellent service, and the warm atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I look forward to returning and would gladly stay here again.
