Great holiday.
Hotel was lovely. Staff were very helpful and very welcoming and friendly.
We had breakfast which was good and they catered for our needs and dietary requirements.
We had a massage which was 10/10. Therapists were excellent and very professional. Best i had never had. I would definitely recommend a treatment. The manager,Nani was amazing. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She really looked after us and made our stay pleasant.
Day time activities at the hotel were great. We had some laughs and fun times with the staff which was lovely.
The hotel is located in a great area which was perfect to go out and explore, shop and eat in a large variety of restaurants. Food is cheap and value for money.
In terms for the hotel room standards, i would say 7/10. Room was lovely and spacious. I would have preferred new clean slippers, instead of worn ones. My room in particular, compared to the rest of my family did not have any where to put our clothes on shelves etc. we had a little hanging space but not enough hangers. Other then that i have issues with the room.
Overall a lovely holiday in Krabi and a lovely hotel that I would recommend.
I would also recommend booking excursions with a lady called Min. She was so helpful and again helped us with our needs. Experience to Hong island was amazing. She is located at the top of the street, next to 7-11. You need to walk from the front entrance, walk up from Your right and she will be located in the corner next to 7-11.
5/6 days in Krabi was just right. Thank you. We will be back again in the foreseeable future.

Perfect stay
We stayed here mid May as part of our second honeymoon. The hotel location and environment was perfect for what we needed and wanted for our 3night stop off. We upgraded our room on arrival to a swim up room and it just topped everything perfectly for us. The rooms were big and very clean, The breakfast buffet was a great way to start a day and the attractive pool area with a cracking pool bar (serving the most delicious frozen cocktails) was the perfect ending to busy days exploring. We walked everywhere we wanted to go from here, enjoying the night markets, eating in incredible restaurants and taking in a bustling area, yet feeling tucked away within the hotel. We would 100 percent recommend and return

Amazing
Very welcoming staff and lovely people all around
Good hotel, in a convenient location.
They call Thailand the land of smiles, and that couldn't be truer here, every one is so friendly, courtious and helpful. Language is an issue with few good English speakers but that is a barrier easily overcome with Google translate. The hotel is modern, clean & well appointed. You might have a few anxious moments as you approach but your fears will be quelled as soon as you enter. Breakfast is superb, the pool area is excellent and the rooms are large, clean & comfortable. My visit was in low season and the hotel was not crowded, there wasn't competition for sunbeds but there just enough to go round - if they don't put more out as they fill up, it could become a bit of an issue. Ao Nang has a lively nightlife and La Playa is well placed to explore the local area.
