We had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely, friendly, and always happy to help. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place! 😊

Located right on Ao nang beach and close to Indian restaurants , very good Indian pizza pasta , somtam and best hospitality . Value for money . Had fun at pool and palsarang at pool was very good at service .

Unfair Treatment of Indian Guests – Forced to Pay Without Evidence
We had a terrible and extremely frustrating experience at this hotel. During checkout, the staff did not check the items in front of us. However, when we were already at the reception, they suddenly accused us of missing an umbrella and demanded that we pay for it without providing any evidence.
When we requested that they check the CCTV footage, they asked us to wait for two hours, despite knowing that our driver was waiting and we had to leave for our next destination. We were eventually forced to pay for the umbrella, even though we disputed the charge. We also had to pay our driver extra waiting charges because of the hotel’s delay.
This entire incident left us feeling unfairly targeted and raised serious concerns about the hotel. The staff should have conducted a proper check in our presence and verified the facts before demanding money from us.
It is unacceptable to put guests under pressure to pay disputed charges when they are short on time and then expect them to bear additional expenses caused by the hotel’s own delay.
This experience has severely damaged our trust in this hotel. We expect fair treatment, professional conduct, and proper evidence before being held responsible for missing items. I would urge other Indian travellers to be cautious and ensure that all room items are checked in their presence during checkout.
