I had a massage at the spa and Kae really did an awesome job. Would definitely come back again!
Great stay
Had a great stay at BlueSotel in June, we were there 10 days (apart from a couple of days away on Koh Lanta), room was kept very clean, water always replenished, comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate but good coffee. We had lunch a couple of times at twice a day which was nice. Mainly used the downstairs pool which was peaceful (apart from the construction next door), the top floor pool was busy and the music was quite loud. I had a massage with Junny which was fab, highly recommended. All in all a good experience and would return, all of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The location is great, 2 minutes to the beach if you turn right out of the hotel, we used a lady just outside for our laundry, she was great, very reasonable rate and she even delivered back to the hotel. The one downside was the construction right next door, I do understand this is outside of the hotel's control and ultimately didn't disturb us too much but prior notice of this would have been appreciated.

Amazing unforgettable experience
As a solo traveler visiting Thailand for the very first time, my stay at Blue Sotel Smart was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the team enveloped me in warmth, but it was the incomparable Dao who truly elevated my birthday trip by arranging a stunning room upgrade—the ultimate luxury surprise to kick off my celebration. The accommodations here are absolutely gorgeous, blending contemporary elegance with flawless comfort. What truly sets this property apart, however, is its world-class service. Dao and Jackie are absolute gems; their radiant smiles, intuitive helpfulness, and seamless attention to detail made me feel less like a guest and more like cherished family. I am already counting down the days until my return to this beautiful oasis.
Perfect experiance
Beautiful rooms and professional staff especially the spa receptionist, Mew; she is a very kind, patient, and lovely person who was incredibly helpful. Hotel is on good location near beach and main street.
Perfcet hotel in a lovely location
This hotel is in an excellant location, they are building new hotels round here but this did not disturb or spoil our saty. The rooms are very clean and towels are replaced when requested.
The pools are both brilliant, relaxing and serene. We used both pools but preferred the upstairs one for no other reason than the views. The bar staff at the pools are great, making cocktails to perfection. After a busy day sight seeing, its nice to have such a beautiful pool to relax in the afternoons.
Staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling and offering to help with whatever questions you have.
The restaurant at the front is very good, we enjoyed a lovely cheese board and wine one of the evenings.
Breakfast was great, with an omeltee station serving fresh eggs every day.
