High quality and quiet beach resort
Family of four. We had a beautiful Ocean View Villa. Two bedrooms, plus living and dining room. We would have been happy alone with the two bedrooms! But it gave us much more space this way. The view from 619 was gorgeous, perhaps 618 would have been a little bit better. Servers at the restaurant were all very pleasant and nice, although a bit inconsistent. The same goes for the kitchen. Good all over, but one time at the Flames the chicken was undercooked and another time the starter at the Terrace was forgotten. Positive mentions: Mrs. Beauty, she was very attentive and remembered our room number and preferences in drinks.

Best sunset on the Island
The best sunset view in the Island! Staff are friendly but I have to give a special mention to housekeeping they keep the room spotless twice a day, bell services work tirelessly and always with a warm greeting as they ferry you about the resort in buggy’s (sit at the back for the best ride!). It is very safe, our 12 and 11 year old could go about the resort and the team at the pool knew their ice cream order after a few days. The guys at the cycle rental played football with one of our kids, which was going above and beyond. We had a 2 bed villa. Lots of space for a large family. Air con was brilliant. Cartoonita runs the excursions and was able to plan a great trip at the last minute. The spa is beautiful, if going as a couple I recommend you ask for the large treatment room at the end, We were sad to say goodbye.
Beautiful location, bad service
Beautiful location! 360 ocean view. Room with pool was nice but hot took the AC more than an hour to cool it, no refrigerator. Spa was amazing and really good. BUT Service was terrible! Felt like they were doing a favour every time, they do not understand English , you can tell that the management does not treat the employees well since they are frustrated…

Such a relaxing massage
It was fabulous!!!! I very highly recommend the massages here! Soooo relaxing!!! It was the best massage I have ever had!!! Just right- not too hard or soft!!
Friendly efficient thoughtful hotel team
Everyone is very friendly, can’t do too much for you and when there have been any issues they have bent over backwards to make it right and to ensure we have a fabulous stay
